Temprano pt.2

"What is it ?" Tess asked. She closed her eyes and held on to Sandra's hand as she felt the pain but managed it.

"I'm........James's half sister. We have the same father. And we've been talking for a long time. And we were planning on telling mom. I could even see how Sean and even you would look at us. But you have to be worry free. James and I  are siblings."

"Oh god." Tess closed her eyes and started crying.

"Why ......what did I say?" Sandra asked rubbing Tess's arm.

"I'm sorry. It's not you. It's me. I thought......you and James were like hitting on each other. And talking behind my back. And.....now I know......you two are only sister and brothers. And these babies are your niece and nephew."

Sandra smiled through the mirror at Sean who was grinning from cheek to cheek.

Tess's phone rang and she took it out of her pocket still crying.

"Tess, baby, What's wrong?"

"Sandra's your sister asshole and you couldn't tell me. I though you were thinking of having an affair. And not as important but I'm on my way to the hospital. I think I'm having contractions."

"What? Are you there yet? I'm on my way right now baby? Has your water broke? Who's with you.?"

"Sandra and Sean. And no, my water hasn't broken. But contractions are here. Really here." Tess said.

"Oh baby, why wasn't I with you. I'll leave the groceries in the car and head to the hospital. I love you. We'll talk about the rest later "

"That's ok. I love you, too." Tess said. She turned her phone of and groaned at the pain.

She was terrified of what was to happen. She knew James would be at her side, but it didn't calm her completely.

The pain in her back got stronger ripping her from her thoughts.

"Fuck!" Tess shouted." Fuck! No one tells you how goddamn bad the pain is."  Tess shouted.

"Well......yeah I got nothing." Sandra said. She didn't want to say anything dumb." Sean....help?"

"I think we better just stay quiet." Sean said." And to our luck.....we are here."

"Thank god!" Tess said desperately. She let go of Sandra's hand and tried to stand. She failed and sat back. Sandra laughed and got out running towards the other side to help.

"Come here." Sandra pulled her arms and took her out." Don't worry we're here. James is on his way. And by tomorrow this time you'll have two beautiful babies."

Tess nodded and tried walking down towards the entrance. Sean and Sandra followed. Tess stopped and turned to look back at Sean.

"What?"

"You left the car on.....and on the way of emergencies."

Sean cursed to himself and headed back. Tess and Sandra stayed there watching as he parked the car.

"Ow! Fuck....another contraction." Tess leaned over trying to waver her way through the pain.

"I'm back. Come on let's get you inside before you give birth in the entrance." Sean said.

Tess nodded and walked inside. A nurse assisted to get her just as soon as she was inside.

"How far along did you start with the contractions?" The nurse asked.

"I.....I haven't been timing them. But I've had them all day. Since I woke up I had this faint pain in my lower ba-c....."
Tess didn't finish as another contraction hit her.
