"Omg, do you guys know each other?" Lina asked, looking at Hoseok and back at me.
We nodded at the same time and Namjoon rasied his eyebrow at him.
"Weird. I had no idea you knew her Hoseok."Hobi shrugged his shoulders before replying, "We were friends in college a few years back."
He emphasized the word 'friends' and I winced. I could practically feel the wound in my heart rip open as I heard his voice. A voice I hadn't heard in years. Damn... I missed that voice.
Awkward silence filled the space between us and Lina laughed nervously, sensing the tension.
"Come on guys! We're at a club! Let's par-tay!" She exclaimed and Namjoom nodded.
She pulled him on the dance floor and they began to shimmy their way into the crowd. Hoseok walked over to the barstool next to me and slid onto it, calling the bartender over.
"Two White Russians please." He told him, noting that I had finished mine.
The man nodded and began making our drinks.
As he handed one to me, I turned to Hoseok, "Thanks."He nodded, leaning his head back slightly to sip at the drink.
We sat in silence, sipping slowly as we watched others dance and drink. I glanced over at Hoseok but his gaze was glued on the dance floor, his eyes following the movements of people dancing.
I smiled and downed the rest of my drink. I hopped off the barstool and grabbed his hand, pulling him off his own. His eyes widened in surprise at my sudden action but obliged and put his drink down on the counter. I dragged him out to the dance floor and pushed through some people to reach more of the center.
"I could tell you wanted to dance." I told him, laughing when he blushed.
"How'd you know?" He asked, leaning closer to my ear so I could hear him better.
I shrugged, "That's what I get for being around you everyday for 4 years."
He paused, a sad look crossing over his face. We stopped dancing and he hesitantly grabbed my hand.
"Look, Y/N." He started, his eyes looking down at the ground, "I regret leaving that day and never trying to find you. And-" He paused again, before bringing his eyes up to mine, "And when I saw you, I realized how much I had fucking missed you. I missed your eyes; I missed your smile; I missed your laugh. I missed my best friend."
My breath caught in my throat as I looked at him. His familiar dark brown eyes stared into mine.
"Oh Hobi." I said, grinning at him, "I missed you so fucking much. You have no idea."
He grinned at me and wrapped me in a giant hug, "I missed that name." He told me quietly.
I pulled away and ruffled his hair, as I smiled again at him.
"Of course you did."

"No way!" I exclaimed, laughing hysterically when Hobi nodded.
"I swear!" He protested and I shook my head, trying to muffle my laughs, "I really got a perm last year! Why the hell is it that funny?"
Well for starters, I was drunk. And I mean really drunk, like fall on your face drunk. And Hobi- he wasn't any better. We had found a nice little restaurant right next to the club that was still serving food at 1 am. They seated us right next to a window and had already served us our food.
We were trying our best to be quiet and we were doing pretty well considering we were drunk as hell.
