Yes, hate speech is not an opinion, but you can't put down everything as hate speech just because you disagree with someone's else opinion. If an opinion is backed with facts and stats, such an opinion needs to be addressed. In fact, it is not an opinion in the first place. It's not an opinion if it's true!
The so-called hate speech shouldn't suppress someone's freedom to expression. Likewise, someone's freedom of expression doesn't give him or her license to spread hate speech.
It is very challenging to draw a line between the two. That's why in global politics, all we have is CHAOS.
