five to 5.

jungkook was currently in a flower shop, browsing through the little store, exploring his options.

he saw roses, lillies, beautiful purple florets, and many more.

his eyes grazed through the beautiful bouquets and crown, when one particular kind caught his eye.

blue salvia.

one of the few memories he remembers with his mother is picking out flowers for their house.

after their demise, he entangled himself with the knowledge of flowers, trying to fill in the emptiness of his mother with her hobbies.

he went near them, and stared at it for a while. before his eyes could tear up, he asked the florist to make it into a bouquet.

a symbol of healing, blue salvia. what better flower could jungkook find than that?

pulling him out of the deep dark mess he was in, his love really is a blue salvia.

he walked out, and sauntered towards the little cafe where they had agreed to meet.

was he nervous?

no shit.

his steps seemed to slow down as the cafe came now into sight.

as he stood in front of the door, he whispered words of encouragement to himself.

he was ready to tell his love.

he was ready to confess.

his eyes explored every table, wanting to meet eyes with a girl in a pink sweater.

instead, his eyes caught ahold of a gorgeous petite male, sipping his coffee and looking out the window.

his beauty wasn't what struck him.

it was his clothing.

pink sweater.

before his mind could form an argument, as to why that man isn't his date, his eyes fell on the extra beverage kept in front of the man.

tea.

his mind ceased to work and he ran out the door, leaving the love of his life stranded.

the thoughts of that man had clouded his brain to that extent, that jungkook couldn't even hear the blaring horns.

as he snapped back to reality, a bright light blinded his eyes.

he fell,
and kept falling,
into the unknown darkness.

soon, everything went black.

would the blue salvia be able to heal jungkook?
