as they were walking back, it started raining cats and dogs.

usually, jimin would be in the mood to dance in the rain, and that idea would be strongly opposed by jungkook, but today, jungkook danced his heart out as jimin kicked the pebbles on the ground.

"what's gotten you so down, sunshine?"
jungkook asked, clearly concerned.

"nothing, don't worry. just stressed for the assignments."

jimim decided to put on a fake smile, so he doesn't ruin the younger's good mood.

suddenly, jungkook pulled the older into a deep kiss.

a small tear escaped from jimin's eyes, thinking about their relationship. would they ever go to the next level?

"jimin, love, open your beautiful eyes."

there he was.

kneeling.

"i am sorry for the cruel prank i played in the cafe. i just wanted to catch you off guard."

jimin was speechless as jungkook nervously scratched the back of his head.

"jimin, it is an absolute honour to know you. to be able to touch you, every day. to be able to look at you, to be able to call you mine. my heart is filled with nothing but love for you. sunshine, thank you for brightening up my whole life. thank you so much."

both the boys were in tears, but the older was trembling.

"jimin, would you give me the pleasure to be able to spend the rest of my life with you?"

the taller took a deep breath, and with adoration in his eyes, he continued.

"park jimin, will you marry me?"

this single tears made the said bot week in the knees as he collapsed in the arms of his lover.

after regaining his strength and snapping back to reality, he shouted his response, on top of his lungs.

"YES! YES YES YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!"

the younger kissed his boyfriend, now fiancé.

no response was required, as he knew that jungkook loved him more than the stars in all the galaxies.
