as the broke out of the hug, jimin's curious eyes bored holes into jungkook's soul.

"how did you get in an accident?"

it was time.

"when i saw you in the cafe, i wasn't able to control myself. my mind was in a frenzy. i wasn't thinking straight. unknowingly, i stepped on the main road. before i could process anything, the car hit me."

"w-why would you be shocked after seeing me, jungkook-ssi?"

the younger couldn't meet his eyes.

he looked down while answering.

"i was shocked after knowing that you were a guy. i thought you were a girl."

jungkook finally confessed.

jimin's hand covered his mouth as he tried not to cry.

"w-what? y-you ran out-t aft-ter seeing m-me?"

jimin couldn't process this. although it had been around two years since he hadn't dated, this kind of treatment was never done with jimin.

everyone loved him. he gave out positive vibes.

this behaviour was fairly new to him.

he stood up, and went towards the door.

to the older's surprise, jungkook grabbed his harm and pulled him towards himself.

"don't go."
he cried.

"why? you left me. why shouldn't i leave you?"
he retorted back, his eyes teary.

"give me a chance to explain everything, jimin.
