The buzz in the club was electric everyone waving there arms around dancing. I strode over to a booth to wipe it down, as I did someone tapped me on my shoulder.
I turned to find Jay I smiled up at him "Claire said could you work over the over side with Daisy in the VIP, as she needs the extra help."
I glanced over at her "Sure I'll just clean this and be right over."
I cleaned the table and gulped let's hope my efforts with Daisy can make this go quicker and better.

"Hey Daisy, shall I grab the next order to take over?" I asked.
She was sweating a little and flustered "Yes please if you would.."
I could see her relax a little as if I'd taken a little strain off her. We had a laugh here and there. She was gorgeous with her short blonde hair, big boobs, and a stunning smile. Just a shame at times her personality seemed a little off.
Jay walked by shouting "You coming tonight Ebony? We are going over to mine for an after party."
I shouted back "Yeah I'm coming over with Emma and Carrie."
I felt Daisy's daggers before I even glanced to the side. He nodded and walked off. I looked back toward Daisy but she was now at the bar, so I walked over to her.
"Are you still coming tonight too?" I asked.
"Yeah I'm heading there with Jay as we are finishing a little earlier, to go get some more drinks and snacks in."

Emma and Carrie were singing along to songs in the car as we made our way to Jays. It was only a twenty minute drive. I was glad I got the bus to work so I could have a drink as I sure needed one to give me a little confidence. I felt a little worried it had been a long time since I went out with a group of friends and just wanted them to like me.

Jays apartment was nice and spacious, we drank, played the most daft bizarre games. I was now playing on the Xbox though with Craig and Jay and just because I was a woman didn't mean they were easy on me.
"I'm gonna get a drink and go talk to Carrie and Emma." They both nodded.
"Hey girls, what you's talking about?"
Emma suddenly turned her head towards Jay and Craig.
Carrie chirped "I was just telling Emma to go play on the Xbox with you guys, and to talk to Craig."
I raised my eyebrows.. "Ohhh, I've seen the way you both look at each other." I smiled at Emma.
Her eyes flicked back to me.."It's complicated."
"How so?" I asked intrigued to know more.
"I used to go out with Craig a few months ago but he wasn't ready for the one gal thing.." Emma confessed.
"Whoa. Really? You two seem like you have a really good connection." I said truthfully.
Carrie laughed out loud.. "They definitely connected alright..."
We all burst out laughing.
"Go over Emma?" Asking more as a question.
"I dunno, I feel awkward." She bit her inner cheek.
"Here.." I grabbed her hand and strutted us both over to the sofa where Craig was and plopped us down. Her being right next to Craig that is.
"Me & Emma are gonna kick your asses on here. You two best be ready!?" I declared.
Craig laughed and looked at us both..
"This I have to see.."
Jay shot a glance from his chair at us, it was clearly on. In unison me and Emma said "Bring it on!"

After a few game's I thought it was ok to leave the sofa. Emma and Craig were now chatting away as she leaned into him with his arm around her. She mouthed to me a 'Thank you' .
Me & Carrie was enjoying our drinks when I said "Daisy doesn't seem to be that fond of me."
Carrie choked a little on her drink.. "Well she's used to getting all the attention, and in her eyes your stealing it all from her."
I turned with confusion all over my face.. "I don't understand?"
"All the guys eye you all the time, your stunning! She's jealous but she will come around she's got her eye on Kian still."
I blushed did they? I looked around the room as most of the bouncers and staff were here. Seeing a few people looking my way.
"Oh I... I...didn't know. Who's Kian anyway?" I lifted my drink to my lips to take a sip.
"Oh crap. Sorry I forget your new sometimes, it feels like I've known you ages. He's the head bouncer but he's away at the moment on holiday."
"Ooh cool,  everyone seems to be going away. Sooo jealous.." I laughed.
"Me too! We should have a girly holiday sometime." She beamed at me.
The thought of a girly holiday sounded amazing right now if only I could afford one though.

I could feel the alcohol giving me that buzz. We danced and I nearly fell over, only Jay stopped me from landing on my ass.
"I think it's time for me to go.." I stumbled a little.
Harry came from somewhere I don't know "I'll take you home.."
Jay give him a warning look? I think.
Jay spoke "I've already rung for the girls a taxi I'm gonna walk them down now."
He made sure we all got home safely even though he didn't have to. Finally I felt like I had some good friends, of course I had Sadie though. She was always my go too.

Early morning, my throat felt dry with all the talking I must of done. I went to get a drink of tap water as I entered the kitchen Sadie stood smirking at me "Good night?"
I held up my hand.. "Please I've got a banging headache I just need water.."
She laughed and passed me a glass of water and some paracetamol.
"That good hey, you came into my room by mistake. I had to guide you to your bedroom.."
I shot my eyes up at her.. "Really? I don't remember that."
I do remember that I chuckled to myself remembering saying thanks for being the bestest friend.
She was the bestest friend.. she had been there for me since I can ever remember. I'd grown up with this woman. We had our moments but no matter what in the end we always supported each other. We sat chilled on the sofa and watched Netflix together quietly while I nursed my hangover away..
