Bucky x Reader~Baby pt.4

(Y/n)'s POV [1952]

  "Mommy." I heard as I rolled over, "Who is it?" I asked, "Lucy." I heard Bucky say back as he layed on his stomach. I sighed as I sat up. "What's wrong Lucy?" I asked, I couldn't see her face, but then a crack of lightning lit up her face and thunder followed.

   She let out a cry as she heard the loud noise. "Oh sweetheart it's okay, come here. You can sleep with us tonight." I said with a tired smile. Lucy, our four year old, she's scared of thunderstorms, she normally is the first to tell Bucky and I that there is a storm.

  She quickly jumped up to me, and crawled in between Bucky and I. She cuddled up to Bucky as he layed on his stomach still. "I won't let anything happen to you pumpkin." Bucky mumbled, as he rolled over, putting an arm around Lucy.

   She let out a whimper, as her breathing slowed down. Bucky layed his head above hers and gave her a kiss on the forehead. Sophia our ten year old would be the second down. Then it would be a tie between Elizabeth and Charlie. Liz our eight year old, and Charlie our seven year old.

  The last person who would be down would be William, he is our five year old, he's not scared of storms, just being alone upstairs. I smiled looking at Lucy and Bucky cuddling. Lucy's hair was in her face, so I moved her hair gently. I saw Bucky's hair do the same thing.

  I let out a soft chuckle as I moved his hair. He smiled, still having his eyes closed. I layed back down, as I heard more footsteps on our creaky stairs. "We have in coming." I said, I heard Bucky chuckle. "Mom." I heard, "Yes dear." I said, "Can we come up?" I heard Sophia ask. "We?" I asked back seeing three others standing next to Sophia.

  "Thats record time, guys." Bucky said, opening his eyes. "Come on up." I said, patting the bed. Sophia got up first and layed her head on Bucky's leg. Charlie layed down next to my legs, and William layed in between Lucy and I. Liz layed on Bucky's back.

  "Okay, are we settled?" I asked, I didn't hear any objections and I went back to sleep....

  In the morning

  "Honey, time to get up." Bucky mumbled. I looked over to see Lucy still cuddled up to him, and Sophia still in her same place. I was practically holding William, and Charlie layed on my legs. I laughed a little seeing Liz still on his back.

  "Kids, time to get ready for school." I said, hearing multiple groans in response. Bucky let out a quiet laugh, "Lucy, come on." He said rubbing her back. "I don't want to." I heard Charlie say.

  "Well thats to bad, you can stay here, but I was going to make breakfast for the people who are up." Sophia sat up and carefully moved avoiding Bucky's legs. She stood up and turned on the lamp, she grabbed Liz and pulled her off of Bucky, dragging her out of the room.

   Bucky let out a groan as he rolled over, picking Lucy up, and laying her on his chest. "Pumpkin." Bucky said, sitting up. Lucy moved a little, sitting up, "Come on boys, go get ready." I said sitting up, putting William on the ground he stayed by my bedside for a second waiting for Charlie.

  Charlie got off the bed and the two went upstairs. Lucy didn't look ready to get up, lucky for her she isn't in kindergarten yet, she is however in preschool. All she does is play and do crafts, and she has a lot of fun.

  Bucky held Lucy up so she wouldn't fall over. Her eyes were open, but she still layed her head against Bucky's shoulder. I stood up, and walked over to Bucky's side. I sat down next to him and Lucy sat up away from Bucky's shoulder. "Hey there's my pumpkin, we've got to get ready now, so we can make it to school on time." He said, rubbing his thumb on her cheek.
