A week later -

"Alright boys," Gabriel says clapping his hands together, gaining Christian and my attention since we're sitting at his kitchen table working on our online homework; I refused to attend public school due to my social anxiety, and Christian refused since he wanted to be with me - I'm not complaining though, I enjoy having him with me.

"Yes?" Christian asks him for the both of us with a flirty smile - gag!

Gabriel smirks at my brother for a second before he speaks; "I've got documents for the two of you."

He pulls out two manilla envelopes from his satchel and places one envelope in front of each of us with a small grin and a bow. Placing my mechanical pencil down on top of the lined paper I'm using to work on my Calculus, I carefully open the envelope with shaky hands. Pulling the documents out to scan over the top paper, finding it's my new birth certificate that reads; 'Colten Lee Cline. Birthdate: March 17, 2003 at 4:27 a.m. Fathers - Jaxson Lee Cline and Jamenson Ray Cline. Weight - 8 pounds 1 ounce. Length - 22 inches long.'

Tears pool in my eyes making the paper wavey, as I read through my new birth certificate, social security card, and drivers license. Glancing at Christian, I notice he is silently crying, while his hands shake - holding his new birth certificate in his hands. Gently placing my documents on the table, I carefully take his and do the same before pulling him into my arms.

"Sshh, you're alright," I softly coo into his left ear, since his face is pressed into my neck with his right ear on my shoulder. "We have people who love us for us."

"You promise they do?" he pitifully whimpers, as his tears slow.

"I promise, they won't try and change us," I sincerly tell him, as I battle my own negative feeling - his needs come first.

"O-okay," he sniffles, pulling away to wipe the tears from his face with the long sleeves of his navy blue shirt.

"Christian," Gabriel calls out, causing both of us to face him - he has his arms wide open, and my brother is up in a flash and into his embrace, where he cries happilly.

Gabriel and I chuckle softly at his antics, while Gabriel gently rubs circles over his small back as he rocks them side to side. Once he's calm again, Christian pulls back enough to peck Gabriel on the right cheek, with his own cheeks lightly tinted pink.

"Thank you for everything," Christian murmurs when he detataches his lips from Gabriel's cheek.

Grinning at them, I have to admit they do look cute together, but I do worry that whatever they have will end badly. I don't want my brother hurt in any way. Turning back to the new documents, I wonder if we have to live with Jaxson and Jamenson instead of here now. Honestly, I wouldn't mind living with Roman, but I don't want to live without my brother yet.

Biting my lower lip, I take my new state issued drivers license after taking my wallet from my back left pocket and pull out my old one to compare my old one to my new one. I jump when the old one is plucked from my fingers from behind me. Turning partially around, I find myself looking up into Roman's curious expression while he examines my old license for a moment silently.

"You're original picture is adorable, but so is you're new one," he grins at me with a wicked glint in his beautiful brown eyes.

Blushing to the tips of my ears, I manage to reply witout stammering; "Thank you, I guess."

I hadn't realize he was even here yet, but I'm glad he's here since I've missed him while he's been at work. Gabriel arrived home when he gave us our new documents, and Roman had told me last night he would arrive after Gabriel, but he'd be here to spend time with me.
