We were on the couch when the doorbell rang so I stood up and opened it.
Guard: Congratulations.
Shadow: What?
Guard: Congrats. On everything.
The guard showed me his face revealing Charles.
Shadow: How did you?
Charles: I have my ways. That's why the note said former CIA Agent.
Shadow: You sneaky bastard.
Charles: I'm going back to my job now.
Charles hid his face again and returned to patrolling the property. I went back to Yumi who was still asleep and gently picked her up. Laying her in our bed, I joined her and fell asleep.
*Timeskip 8 months*
Yumiko have birth to a baby boy who we named Char for reasons that both of us shared and got home. We put Char to sleep and I joined Yumi in our bed.
Yumiko: Goodnight, Y/N.
Shadow: Goodnight, love.
I kissed Yumiko and she got her iconic smile.
Shadow: You still treat my kisses like gold.
Yumiko: Why wouldn't I? They're kisses from the one and only Shadow.
Shadow: Goodnight.
Yumi put her head under my chin and we both fell asleep quickly.
