The Protector Of All [ Editing ]

Chapter 2

Everyone was panicking. Our teachers were trying to calm the other students. Saren and Emarak already left. I in the other hand tried to find my brother and sister.

" ATTICUS, PROMISE!!!! ", I yelled while walking to the crowd.

The students were running to the exit.

"NOVA", Atticus yelled.
I finally found Atticus. Atticus he was carrying scared Promise in his arms. We exited the school and ran to our house. When we arrived in our house, Our house was gone.... Atticus was calling mom and dad if they are ok .

"Mom said to meet her at Saren's house", said Atticus .

"Okay", I said.

I looked at the object. It was gigantic. I can't explain what it looked like, but suddenly it opened. We were terrified. We hid behind one of our neighbors houses .

When it opened an object appeared . It was a slouching creature with sharp fangs drooling with slime. It's rib age was visible . It had sharp claws in both hands and feet . The creature screeched this piercing sound , but when it finished thousands and thousands of them came out from that object. The creatures were holding long , sharp blades.

People were coming out from their houses . One man walked towards the creatures . What a stupid thing to do I thought. Why would that man do that .One of the creatures grabbed him and put the blade next to his throat . I looked away and closed my eyes . I heard the man yell and heard a thud .
" Let's go", I said .

"Okay ", whispered Atticus .
We ran as fast as we could . I heard screams all over . I saw people getting killed. The Creatures were killing every one ! We almost encountered one of them but someone saved us. It was a tall man almost in the twenties . He had brown hair. He pushed the creature and it fell. He shot that creature with his gun and he ran with us.

"Tyrian " he said.

"Nova", I yelled.

He helped us go straight to Saren's house. But suddenly he was stabbed by those creatures.
I stopped and looked at him. He not far away from where I am.

" NOOOo!!!!", I yelled.

He stood there with the creatures blade cut through his stomach.

" G..o...just......g....o", he yelled.

He collapsed . His knees were on the ground. The creature grabbed Tyrians head and cut his neck. His head was in that creatures claws. The creature lifted Tyrian's head. And made a piercing screech. I became still and I couldn't move.

Atticus grabbed my hand quickly. He was carrying Promise.
" DONT STAND HERE , RUNNNN!!!!, IDIOT", He yelled.
I was still . He slapped me.
" WHAT THE HECK !!!" , I yelled. I looked behind me, those creatures were chasing us.

" Oh my......", I said.

He grabbed my hand and dragged me. I ran with him and his grip tightened and my hand was extremely painful. We ran towards the place where my friend Saren lived . We finally escaped from the creatures. We arrived at the house. Atticus knocked the door several times. Saren opened the door . I quickly ran to the television and saw Emarak sitting in the couch with a worried look.

"WARNING ALL PEOPLE ! Our timing on the object has been miscalculated . Take cover and hide from those creatures. People have been killed by these creatures . The creatures are going all over Galaxia . I repeat ALL OVER GALAXIA........... ", alerted the news caster, but when the anchor man was about to say another word a group of the creatures barged threw the studio. There were screaming and thuds. The newscaster hid under the desk, but one of the creatures grabbed him and slit his throat. It headed towards the camera and and then.......black and white was all over the tv. My hands were shaking uncontrollably.
I looked at everyone who were there.
" What are we going to do ?",I said trembling . " I don't know ", said Atticus .
