I was nervous for the date. Dustin made sure it was a double date, just in case.
It was just going to the park for lunch and games, but I was still nervous...
I pulled a hoodie over my head as Dustin popped in.
"Ready?"
I nodded.
We headed out walking out to the park, I wasn't far from the house.
We stopped in front of Chase and a tall dark-haired, blue-eyed, drool worthy guy.
"Callie this is your mystery boy." Chase smiled.
Chase and Dustin walked off to "let us talk" as they put it.
They weren't far away, just slightly down the hill.
"Hey." The drool-worthy guy spoke up.
"Hi.." I played with the front of my shirt that poked from under my hoodie.
"Why'd we pick the park? It's a little cold."
"Warmest it's been in awhile."
"Ready? Fuck."
"Where were at?"
"Cali."
"I used to live there."
"I love it there."
We talked forever.
We played games and are then went back to running around.
"You know you never told me your name." I spoke up as we walked home.
"I know."
"Are you ever going to tell me?"
"Maybe."
"Maybe?"
He smiled.
"Later Callie, bye Dustin."
Chase and Dustin kissed before we split ways.
"Do you know his name?" I asked Dustin.
"Yeah."
"What is it?!"
He smirked and ran to the house.
"NOT FAIR!" I stomped my foot.
