Blake and I went out on a date.

Well kinda, we went to dinner but we were in lazy day clothes so it felt laid back.

"This doesn't feel like a first date.." Blake read my mind while looking at the menu.

"Not at all." I laughed.

Blake placed his menu down and looked at me.

"What?"

"What are we?"

"What do you mean?"

"Are we friends? More than friends?..."

"And there's the first date awkwardness we were missing."

He rolled his eyes.

"What do you want us to be?"

Blake stood up the. Returned with a vending machine ring.

"Callie Anne Lynch, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked, while on one knee in-front of me.

I smiled and said yes.

"I don't think that ring wi fit me.."

"I was being creative."

"I know, and it was cute."

I fell asleep in his bed after hours of video games.

"Callie wake up." He whispered.

"No."

"Your dad's calling."

I rolled over.

"Callie." He laughed.

"What time is it?" I asked sitting up.

"8AM"

I pulled the blanket up.

"Your dad's been calling since 6."

I nodded and looked at my phone. The light was really bright!

Blake laughed.

I shoved him as I called my dad.

"CALLIE!" Dad yelled.

"Why did you wake me up?"

"Cause we have rules about sleeping with boys."

"Dad!"

"Callie quit down." Blake whisper yelled.

"I'll be home later." Then I hung up on dad.

Blake laid his head in my lap and looked up at me.

"I'm tired."

"Well you've only slept for 10 minutes so I can see why."

I rolled my eyes.

"Callie?"

"What?"

"Do you want me to take you home?"

"Yeah." I was already sleeping.
