seokjin was extra happy today. it was the night of the date. the sleepless nights he went through wondering what was going to happen and how the date was going to play out. the second he got home from work he hopped in the shower. jimin and taehyung were supposed to be there in thirty minutes, so by the time he got out they should be there.

he was giddy and was bouncing around from place to place. taehyung styles his hair while jimin did his makeup. the three boys sat and talked while namjoon on the other hand was still stressing about messing things up. not only did he not want to hurt seokjin he didn't want yoongi to hurt him behind seokjin.

he might be a feared mafia leader but yoongi and his mother are the only people who truly scare him. yoongi gets very protective behind his family and the ones he care about. he didn't want to hurt seokjin and have his life endangered by his bestfriend.

while jimin and taehyung were helping seokjin, yoongi and jackson were doing the same. namjoon had the night planned out. he wanted to drive out to the outskirts of seoul and take him to a popular restaurant owned by him. he wanted to impress seokjin but didn't want to over-do it.

they both wore simple outfits. seokjin wore a black turtle neck with dark slacks. while his clothes were dark, his hair was fluffy and re-dyed purple. he had lip gloss on with a little bit of glitter for shine and golden earring that hung off his ears. he had a gold chain that matched his earrings.

namjoon on the other hand wore the same colors as jin but instead a black button up shirt which had two of the top buttons undone and black slacks. he had his hair slicked back neatly with a few fly aways. he also wore a gold chain that complemented his collar bones. the button up shirt was rolled up to his elbows, showing off his sleeve tattoo.

needless to say, both men looked gorgeous, no doubt in mind they were going to receive looks from others. but tonight, the only looks they were caring about was each other. both wanting to impress one another.

jimin dug through seokjin's closet trying to find his strawberry and vanilla scented perfume. he rarely used it but it was one of his favorites, being that the scent was one of his mothers most used. he lightly sprayed it on him trying not overpower it.

yoongi went into namjoon's room and looked through the collection of expensive colognes he had raked up over the years. he picked a dark blue bottle and gave it to him. lavender and cedar wood. namjoon's signature scent. it was calming and smelled great but wasn't overwhelming and too much for one to take.

by the time each person was done and ready to leave for their date it was nearing 7pm. namjoon jumped in his car making sure he had everything. jimin and taehyung were getting ready to leave since taehyung's boyfriend wanted him home and taehyung was jimin's ride.

jimin made it to the car first and sat down, he looked out the window and saw a car pull up. a tall masculine figure stepped out. he looked really familiar, then he noticed. strong arms, cute dimples, rose and clock tattoo.

"namjoon." jimin mumbled under his breath. taehyung got into the car and looked at the older with a confused look.

"what did you say, hyung?" taehyung asked while tapping the older on his shoulder. jimin was so caught up in old memories of the two that he didn't even notice the tapping. all he was wondering was 'why was his ex there?' he was slightly hoping and praying it wasn't for seokjin. he didn't want seokjin to go through the stress of having a mafia leader as a boyfriend as he did when he was younger.

"hyung?" taehyung said a little louder. he was trying to look out the window to see what the older was seeing but didn't see anything. jimin finally snapped out of it and looked back at his bestfriend.

"u-uh yeah? i dozed off i'm sorry." jimin said quietly. he was trying to focus on taehyungs words but couldn't seem to get namjoon out of his head. 'seokjin is too innocent for him.' those words rang through his head as he watched taehyungs lips move but didn't hear anything.

"i'm sorry can you repeat that?" jimin said cutting the younger off mid-sentence while grabbing his head. taehyung gave him a worried look before repeating his words again.

"i asked if you were okay, you looked like you saw a ghost." taehyung says while reaching over for the older's hand. jimin nodded his head, feeling a headache form.

"yeah, i just have a small headache. i think i just need to eat and get some rest. i'll be fine." jimin said shrugging it off. taehyung gave him one final look before starting the car and driving in the direction of jimin's apartment.

"i wonder who hyung's date is." taehyung said lowly, not wanting to trigger jimin's headache even more. jimin nodded while leaning back mumbling 'same' to himself.

he was praying that namjoon wasn't there to see his hyung. he was hoping that namjoon was there for someone else and not seokjin. seokjin may not be totally innocent but he still was more innocent than anyone else he knew. he couldn't sit and watch seokjin get sucked into the world of gangs and guns like he had been. he didn't want to hear seokjin worry every night about namjoon not coming home.

hoseok, despite not knowing about his boyfriends second job, still came to him worrying about where yoongi was. he didn't want to have to comfort two friends at once...
