The lights outside of the Gala's venue were shining glamorously in the dark night. Many people were waited outside behind a rope and security detail holding cameras, hoping to catch a glimpse of their favorite celebrity that was confirmed to be in attendance of the large scale charity event.

"Ready." Johnny asked me as our driver neared a few cars behind the red carpet entrance.

I nervously nodded my head. I wasn't nervous due to the nature of the mission, I was nervous because the event was more extravagant than I originally thought. Who the hell was this guy and just how much power did he have?

Just two more cars and it was our turn to exit in front of hundreds of people. Johnny and I both nodded to each other and turned on our earpieces.

"Agent Romano signing in." I let my corresponding agent know.

I waited for a response but was greeted with an obnoxious laugh. "What it do baby boo."

I rolled my eyes and let out a heavy sigh.

"I see you're my corresponding Agent Mr. Kim." I responded in english.

"At your service." I could hear the sarcasm in his voice.

Matthew Kim was our teams oldest member age wise but our youngest at heart. He liked to joke and tease us all, the sunshine we needed on cloudy days. But on the same spectrum, he could also be the scariest person you've ever met when it came to doing his job. He knew the scary reality of missions gone wrong and losing team members in the process. It's the reason he was the way he was, making sure there was always light in our darkest times as well as being the glue that held this team together.

Our driver pulled up to the front and a greeter opened the door for us.

"Take a deep breath." I heard Matthew's voice in my ear. He knew I hated large scale events and being the center of attention. "In less than a minute you will be inside the Venue along with Michaels and Verzilli." He reassured me.

Johnny took my hand and helped me up. Cameras flashed in our direction as we walked down the carpet towards the large entrance doors. A man standing in a black and white suit holding a clip board greeted us.

"Welcome to the Lee foundation's fourth anual Charity Gala, may I get your names please."

"Moon Jaeho and Moon Hyerim." Johnny answered.

The man scanned through his list, confirming our identities and attendance.

"Please enjoy your night." He motioned for us to pass through the entrance rope.

Once inside I became more calm.

"The silent auction will not take place until 9:00 pm, until then you two should mingle with the guests trying to find any leads on Lee." Matthew instructed.

I didn't know who's Johnny corresponding agent was but I assumed they had told him the same thing.

"Dinner?" He asked and I nodded my head. We made our way to the dining hall where various people were beginning to arrive. A waiter showed us to our table where a few different guests were already talking amongst themselves.

"So then I told her, you have to move both oars at once or we'll keep going in circles." Everyone at the table laughed at the man who was speaking. I assumed they were all foreigners since they were all speaking in English, though the accents differed.

"Good evening." Johnny and I greeted the group.

"Well it looks like our table is complete." The man who was previously talking obnoxiously laughed. "I was just telling everyone the story of when I taught my wife how to row on our vacation in Thailand last summer. She just kept rowing in circles." Everyone at the table began to laugh again.
