Scarlett - Scarlett is a morally flawed person. She is working hard to figure out the mysteries of Wawanakwa which keeps her either in close contact with the survivors, or, she has a close watch on them. She has ways of getting her funding but due to her incredibly high intelligence she knows how to avoid law enforcement. Scarlett has a small team working under her, and she is a good boss to them, spending extra money so they are comforted whilst staying at her lab
Gwen - Nowhere to go and still in hiding Gwen has been staying over with Scarlett. She's had some contact with the likes of LeShawna and Dakota when she stays over, but other then that she avoids the survivors to help Scarlett with her research
Phoebe - Phoebe works as Scarlett's assistant and is probably the closest thing she has to a friend. She is dedicated to her work and cares a lot about results. She is a good person at heart, but she is slightly unhinged which puts people off spending time with her. Scarlett doesn't mind this however, and sees her as misunderstood
