My alarm went off. It was 8:30. I was going to go back to sleep but then I heard Stefan and Elena in our room.
Me(Bri): YOU KNOW THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE!!!! *I screamed. I could hear them laugh*
Today was some party at the lockwoods. I get to go shopping with Caroline whole Elena goes with Bonnie. I appreciate what they're doing. Me and Elena need some time apart. I got up and changed into a white crop-top, ripped jeans, white sneakers and a maroon cardigan.

As soon as I finished I got a call from Caroline.
Caroline: Are you almost ready?
Me(Bri): Yep!
Caroline: Good cause I'll be there in 10 minutes.

Then the doorbell rang. I went downstairs to answer it. I opened the door to Caroline. She had a big bright smile on her face which made me laugh. I let her in.
Caroline: Yay! I'm so excited! We're going shopping!!!
Jenna: Bri? Who is- oh hey Caroline.
Caroline: Hey Jenna!
Jenna: Where are you two going?
Caroline: Shopping!
Me(Bri): For the party at the lockwoods.
Jenna: Oh yeah. Well have fun!
Me(Bri): Ok, bye Jenna! *I grabbed my bad and we left*
The car ride was silent for a while until....
Caroline: So do you have a date?
Me(Bri): Um no.
Caroline: How come?
Me(Bri): I don't know. I guess I just never thought about it. Plus there isn't really anyone that I know that doesn't already have a date.
Caroline: Oh right sorry.
Me(Bri): Oh no it's fine. I would rather go alone.
Caroline: Oh ok.
Me(Bri): I'm assuming your bringing Damon. *I said bitterly*
I know I shouldn't feel the way I do. But I can't help but feel a little connection. I've pushed that feeling away but whenever we bring him up I feel it again. Clearly Caroline didn't seem to notice.
Caroline: Yep!
{1 hour later} Caroline has been trying on dresses on for an hour now. She came out wearing a blue and gold dress with a bunch of flowers on it. It was gorgeous and fit her perfectly.

We bought the dresses and went back to my house to do makeup. I did Caroline's and she did mine.
