I've just woken up from a nap, a long nap. I worked late last night and i barely got any sleep since my neighbors threw a 'small get together'. Well it wasn't small.

There were at least 150 people there. I don't know what the occasion was but they sure were happy.

The 'small get together' as they called it lasted till four in the morning.

Being me, I would have gotten outside to their house and made a scene but honestly i was too tired to even move. So I decided against it and waited for the 'small get together' to come to an end.

I was now heading from the living room to the kitchen. I must've fallen asleep on the sofa after that big lunch.

I poured myself a glass of orange juice and drank it in less than five seconds.

All i want to do right now is go to my room and keep sleeping but my eyes are too wide open to fall back to sleep. Once i'm awake there is no going back.

Mom wasn't home so i didn't know what to do. I don't have to go to work today and i don't really hang out with anyone.

There's a guy at work about my age or a year older named Michael who seems nice but i've never actually had a long conversation with him.

Then there's a boy who was in my history class on my senior year named Calum but we only talked about school and how Winter Ball was going to be horrible. Which it ended a disaster. I wasn't in the mood to call neither of them so i grabbed my jacket, my snapback and the house keys and walked out.

I didn't want to drive since i didn't know where i wanted to go so i just walked. I walked down the street and turned left. I wasn't sure where i was going but i didn't care.

Maybe i should go to the park. It's just around the corner and i could sit on a bench and just relax. I could watch people walking, children running and swinging on the swing set or old couples holding hands while walking with their little grandchild.

I kept walking until i reached the corner and turned to the right. There it was. The park. Maybe she's there.
