I jog down the stairs in my blue shirt, navy mini skirt, knee high socks, mary janes and my bunny hat. I wander down to the living room and see Marshall Lee sitting down on the couch, staring at the ceiling. Deciding to get him back for scaring me, I press against the wall and slide behind the chair. Silently counting to three I smirk and get ready for action.

Oh this is going to be good.

I jump up and yell at the top of my lungs. Marshall jumps and rolls of the couch in shock while I fall to the ground, laughing historically.

"Fi?" He asks, annoyed, as he walks over to where I'm rolling on the floor, tears running down my cheeks.

"Y-you should have-Hahaha. S-seen your f-face! Hahahaha!"

Marshall just rolls his eyes and stares down at me.

After a while I finally stops laughing and get up off the floor. Looking over at Marshall, I see he's pouting with his arms crossed over his chest.

He looks so cute- Wait, what the math? What am I thinking? I don't like Marshall like that, he's just my bro! Right?

Snapping out of my train of thought, I look over at Marshall and smile.

"Aww, come on Marshall. Take it like a man. That's what you get for scaring me!" I say, sticking my tongue out at him.

He doesn't look amused.

"Oh well, I guess I'll just go adventure by myself then" I say walking slowly to the door. " Have fun. Here. All alone. By yourself. Without me."

I slowly open the door and take a step out side when Marshall walks past me with his umbrella over head, muttering curses under his breath. I giggle, and follow silently behind him.

We silently walk to the meadow next to the dark forest. Marshall sits, leaning against the oak tree while I lie down with my head in his lap. I look up at Marshall, noticing his cheeks are slightly darker than usual.

Huh, I wonder what's wrong with Marshall? Probably nothing.

Marshall breaks the silence by clearing his throat.
"So Fi, care to give me the details of last night?"

"Do I have to?" I whine, mentally praying he says I don't.

"Yep" He says, popping the 'p'.

"Ugh! Fine!"

He raises an eyebrow, as if saying to continue.

"Well, yesterday was F.P. and I's one year anniversary,"

I look at Marshall to see him looking slightly tense and angry.

"You ok Marshall?"

"Yeah, fine. Continue"

"Anyway, we were meant to go on a date to celebrate but I decided to go and surprise him by going to his house early. When I got there, he was making out with some random girl. I asked him how long he had been cheating on me and you know what he said. Two months! I mean I just don't understand. Was I not good enough for him?" I start tearing up by the end.

Marshall sits me up on his lap and pulls me in for a hug.

"You were way to good for him Fi. Don't ever doubt yourself because of someone else's stupidity, ok bunny?"

"Yeah, ok" I whisper, my tears finally starting to slow down.
Marshall stands up, pulling me up with him.

"Do you want to go watch a movie at my house?" He says, wiping the tear tracks from my cheeks with his thumbs.
