"Mr. Park, we meet again," Dr. Oh greeted me.

I smiled and greeted him back. Not beating around the bush, I quickly explained my intention, "I am studying medicine in university and I'm planning to have neurology as my specialization. I would actually like to conduct a research on Dahyun's case so would you mind if I look at her records again?"

"There are some papers that I would need you to fill up for confidentiality purposes," Dr. Oh replied, "You understand the repercussion of misuse of her information, right?"

"Yes, I do," I nodded.

"Very well then, I'd get them ready as soon as I can. I would also ask my assistant to produce copies of Dahyun's records for you to have them. Once you had signed the confidentiality papers, I would give Dahyun's records to you," Dr. Oh stated.

"Thank you so much."

Dr. Oh offered another friendly beam, "Perhaps, you could go back to this office after three days?"

"Yes. I understand," I nodded and thanked him again.

I then stood up for I was about to leave but then Dr. Oh spoke again.

"Dahyun visited me two days ago," Dr. Oh explained.

Two days ago – it was that time that I should have left the apartment. It then occurred to me that when we met each other, she had visited Dr. Oh's office then. She was from this office when she came down that bus that I should have boarded.

"Is there something wrong?" I worriedly ask.

"Not something wrong, but something good," Dr. Oh smiled, "She remembered you."

I was dumbfounded and all I could blurt out was, "What?"

"Hmmm, sit down first," Dr. Oh instructed me and I did as told, "It is possible that she knew you first because of reading her journal. However, it is not normal for Dahyun to have flashbacks of the memories she had written in that notebook."

I suddenly remembered her humming 'Fix You'.

My silence urged Dr. Oh to continue, "Her memories are still unclear for her, but she would remember fragments of the times you've spent with her. She told me that she remembers that there was a man that made her feel special. She was certain that it was not Taehyung but someone who's unknown to her mind but felt familiar to her heart."

As my mouth gaped in astonishment, the doctor still tried to warn me, "It doesn't necessarily mean that she would get rid of her sickness, Mr. Park, you should know that. But Dahyun remembering a person who is a part of her recent past is an unbelievable improvement of her condition."

"B-but how could that be?" I stuttered both in confusion and in bliss. I blinked rapidly before stating, "I-I thought that there's no more cure."

"There's none," Dr. Oh confirmed, "In Dahyun's case, she needs a miracle."

His smile for me was as bright and as warm as the sun that rose that morning as he said, "You are the one that she has waited for long – the one what would give her the desire to remember."

"You are her miracle."

I knocked on Dahyun's door with urgency and soon, she had opened it with a confused and shocked expression on her face.

"Oh. Neighbor. I thought you have already left this apartment," she told me.

But instead of affirming or denying her statement, I pushed her into her unit and locked the door behind us, in order to make sure that she would not escape from anything that I would ask her. Dahyun's expression stiffened a bit especially when I asked, "Who am I?"
