Mick Jagger

(His POV)
I had a problem. A very serious problem. I was dating a girl but I was in love with someone else. My girlfriend was a very nice girl don't get me wrong but she just wasn't for me. I really wanted to break things off but I didn't want to hurt her. I had gone almost two weeks knowing I was in love with someone else, and it was eating me up. This girl was like hot tea on a cold day. Her hair was the most beautiful golden brown color, and smelled so sweet. Her eyes so pure they melted my worries away like the sun after a rainy day.
"Mick!" I heard my teacher yell "your staying after school again."
Great. Another detention for not paying attention in class. By the end of the day I still had no idea how to break up with my girlfriend. Especially for another girl. And to make it worse, that other girl was my best friend and she didn't even know it.

(Y/n POV)
My best friend Mick had been acting awfully strange lately. He had been avoiding me all day. He had gotten another detention, that's the third one this week. I even asked my other friends if Mick was okay and they all just shrugged it off like it was nothing. I had an idea. I was to surprise Mick at his place tonight! I could bring his favorite sweets and a bottle of tequila. I went to the shop to pick up the sweets and tequila and then headed for Mick's house. I knocked on the door and made it up to his bedroom. He answered the door with a heavy look of dread.
"Hey Mick you've been ignoring me all day and I just wanted to make sure your ok? I hope nothings wrong."
He looked up, a smile creeping up on his lips.
"I brought you sweets and tequila!"
He laughed.
"Thanks a lot y/n. I've got a problem. Well ya see I'm in love with someone who isn't my girlfriend, and I need to break things off with my girlfriend so I can chase after this girl but I don't want to hurt my girlfriend. I also have no idea wether this girl likes me or not." He explained
Wow. That's a huge problem.
"Well all I can tell you is I really hope this girl likes you back. I also think your girlfriend will be pretty understanding." I replied
For the rest of the night he explained how this girl is so perfect. He said something about how he could get lost in her eyes. I had no idea who this girl was, but if I'm being honest I was really jealous. Mick had his heart tied to this girl whom he's not sure if she even likes him back.
The next day was Friday. Mick finally got the courage to break up with his girlfriend and she was strangely happy about it. At lunch he went on and on about the girl he's in love with. It was honestly getting really annoying.
A few weeks passed and Mick got obsessive with this girl. The strange thing was he never introduced me or even told me her name. At one point I even thought he was making this girl up. Almost like a figment of his imagination. That night I invited a bunch of our friends over for a movie night. Keith and his girlfriend came over, and so did Charlie and his girlfriend. Mick also came over, but I worried he would rant about this mystery girl again. Anyways I made popcorn and got blankets for everyone and then started the movie. About halfway through I went to the kitchen to get water. I hadn't noticed Mick follow me.
"Hey y/n I'm thinking of telling the girl I like her tonight!"
"Mick we're having a movie night you can't just bail for some mystery girl!"
"Well what if I told you the girl was here in this house?"
"Then I'd say your insane."
"Well what if I told you the girl is right in front of me." He then cupped my face in his hands and pulled me into a sweet kiss. I pulled away with a confused look on my face.
"Wait Mick you like me? I'm the girl you've been head over heels for?"
"Yeah." He smirked
"Wait so for the past two weeks I've been listening to you complimenting me and I was completely oblivious?!"
"Yup."
"Mick! I- I really like you too." I got shy
We then went back to the movie and cuddled all night.
