Chapter 7

Hehe sorry for the long wait for the next chapter school is really taking its toll on my time :c but to make it up to you all here is chapter 7

"CARSON FUCKING WAKE UP!" Carson sat up fast hitting his head on Daniels.
"Ow!" Carson cried out holding his head while looking at daniel. "Why in the hell did you wake me up?" Daniel looked up at Carson covering one of his eyes.
"Alexander went missing..I went to go tell him he was asked for at the meeting with the festival committee, when I looked inside his room he was gone.. Someone said they last saw him taking out the trash so I went to check to see if he was there but all I found was a trash bag thrown to the floor, the trash can knocked over along with drops of blood .." After he was done explaining daniel walked into the bathroom towards the mirror. " well damn...that's a Black Eye in the morning " Carson ignored Daniels complaints about his eye and jumped out of bed throwing on cloths.

Walking out of the bathroom Daniel leant on the door frame. "What are you gonna do?" The room went silent for a moment before Carson replied with a quick movement to the door. "Saving our friend.." Carson walked out of the room and took off down the school grounds towards the school gates. Rolling his eyes Daniel took off after him.
"He is gonna get himself killed." He muttered to himself following him.

The moon shined light on the ground so Carson and Daniel could see where they were going. The two boys followed the blood droplets to a warehouse and they could see Alexander's beanie on the floor in front of the building.
"Now what smart one?" He hissed quietly
"Well first we need to sneak in.." Carson replied but before he could sneak out to the back the ground under the warehouse began to shake as the building begin to break and fall apart.
"NO!" Carson cried out running to the building only to get tackled down by Daniel.
"Carson stop! We are too late Alex is gone! We can't help him now!" Daniel successfully pinned down Carson and looked at the collapsed building some tears falling down his cheeks as he looked at his best friends grave.

Rocks and pieces of the building began to move away as a plant burst through the rubble along with a pod. Both boys looked at it and watched as it opened revealing a terrified alexander. Daniel was the first to run up and hug him.
"What happened!?! We saw the building crash down!" He asked taking a step back from Alex.
"Well they were gonna make me be one of them... They kept telling me they need my power to take down the school...I refused so they were gonna kill me and before I knew it this plant burst in wrapping me up in a pod before it started to tear apart the building..." Alex replied hugging Carson and Daniel.
Carson looked at Daniel and said "we found earth.." Daniel nodded a reply and the three boys went back to the school.
When they arrived at the school gates Carson and his friends stood there in horror as they saw a clear box with the head of their missing teacher in it staring back at them with dead eyes.
"M-mr. McGuire?" Daniel cautiously took small steps towards the box and saw a note written in blood. Reading it aloud the note said " give us the gifted ones and we won't hurt anyone else." When finishing Daniel saw the rest of what was left of his teacher and gagged running behind his friends. The three friends ran into the school and got security.

When the mess was cleaned up Kylie ran up to the boys.
"Was that who I thought it was!?!" She asked shaking. Alexander nodded and looked down at his feet.
Carson looked at his friends before saying "we need to find the rest of us before more people get killed..." Daniel Held onto Carson shaking and looked pale. The air grew cold as clouds covered the moon making the moons light disappear. A security guard walked up with a tray of blood bags.
"I was told to give you guys some food." He said holding out the tray. Everyone grabbed a bag and thanked the guard.

They drank their blood and threw away the empty bags. Carson was the first to break the silence as he told Kylie "can you do a bit of research and see if there is a easy way of knowing someone has one of the abilities?" She nodded a reply and took off towards the schools library.
Alex spoke up "we need to keep an eye out and watch for people showing signs of them having a power.." The group of friends nodded in agreement before walking towards the cafeteria for supper.
Most of the students were already walking to their dorms after they finished their food. Carson grabbed a try with spaghetti along with an apple and a blood bag including a soda.

Keeping a cautious eye on everyone Carson walked to the table with his friends and ate his food.
"So we have earth and I don't even know what you are.." Alex said taking a bite of his Apple. Carson shrugged and replied "I don't know what I am either." The friends ate their supper before heading off to bed.
