Chapter 4-My First Fight

(Just so you know, power-ups are bad for you in Video-Game High).
I woke up to the sound of laughing. I saw DJ Goomba stomping out of the room. Goombella looked embarrassed. I checked my watch. It was late! I had to get to school! I had to think fast. I looked and I saw a picture of the school. "C'mon pictures don't fail me now!" And I dived in. I found myself in the hallway of Video Game High. I was conveniently next to my locker. I opened it. I found a note saying "To my bro," I rolled my eyes. "I need you to help me again. There's a bag outside the drama classroom. The same classroom you delivered the power-(That word got crossed out.) bag I gave you the other day. See ya later bro.

PS: The locker was open when I got here. I think Billy Dee took something from ya!
I looked around my locker. My neon paint wasn't there! I use it on my shell all the time! My perfectness isn't always natural!
I slammed my locker, and walked away. I walked passed Billy Dee. I said to him "Hey you!" He looked at me like I had six heads. I said "Yea that's right! I talkin' to you son of a bullet bill! Where is it?" "Where's what?" "Don't try and hide it, I know that you used your spear to pick open my locker, and stole my neon green paint, cause you didn't want me havin' all the ladies!" "What do you mean? I don't think anyone in this school is pretty anyway." "Oh, well that still doesn't explain why you stole my paint!" "Dude, the only thing I've ever stolen is my ROFL Copter. It goes "soi soi soi soi soi s-"" "Be quiet! Now I want you to tell me the truth. Did you steal my paint?" "No." "Ok then, but watch out. These hands can do more than school work." And I backed away slowly. I went in my shell. He stared at me. I stared at him.
-About ten minutes later-
We stared for about a minute. Or was it more? 👆👆 Oh, right. I came out of my shell. "Why are we doing this?" "I don't know! I was just making sure you didn't take my ROFL Copter! It goes "soi soi soi soi soi soi s-"" "Stop that! You know what? I'm just gonna walk away."
And I did. I bumped into Jacob on the way to the stairs. He said "Woah! Sorry dude." "It's ok." Jacob said "Hey, what do you think of Goombella and DJ Goomba?" "Well, don't tell anyone his, but I think they should be together." "Me too! And that's why I did this." He showed me two notes. They both said "Meet me after school at Mario's Pizza Place." He said "I'm gonna give them each a note." "C'mon dude are you seriously gonna do this? They should only be together if they want to be together!" "Dude, it's meant to be! I'm gonna do it!" He walked to our homeroom. "By the way dude, Bow's my new girlfriend!" Like I didn't already know that...
I walked down the stairs and went to the drama classroom. I found another sign. It said "Pick Up." It was written in paintbrush again. I picked up the bag. I wanted to see what was in there this time. I did a double-take to make sure no one was around. I started to open the bag. I was about to look inside the bag when this happened...
"Well I guess this means another one of my delivery men is quittin' his job." I felt something on my head. I looked up, and saw something blue. I kept looking, and found Broshi. He was holding Mega Man's arm up to my head! He was holding down a trigger on the arm. "Listen, you have two choices. One, you give me the bag, and you don't say anything about this. Or two, you get a game over." "Wait what? I still have like-" and I looked in the corner. I had one life left! "Where did they go?" I peeked inside the bag, and there they were. They were sitting next to other things though. A super mushroom, and fire flower, a-wait a minute! I was delivering power-ups! And my own life, I guess. I was so confused. I mean, how do you even like-I reached for my last life in the corner. I couldn't even touch it. It was ethereal like Jacob. I noticed something else. Yoshi was bright green! You know instead of the normal green. I looked behind him and saw my paint bucket! Everything was just going too fast.
I had to do something. That's when my awesome fake action movie plan became real. I saw Billy Dee in the corner of the room, writing something down. A poppy bro walked down the stairs, holding a bomb. I screamed out to Billy Dee. "Hey Billy Dee!! I stole your ROFL Copter!!!! I love how it goes soi soi soi soi-" "WHAT?!?!" He threw his spear at me. But instead of hitting me, it hit the bomb. I went in my shell. I heard a loud "BOOM!" And came out of my shell. PAINT. WAS. EVERYWHERE. Just how I planned it. It went on Broshi's glasses. Plus it painted my shell! Broshi yelled "Get it off! Get it off!" I kicked him with my basketball sneakers. He fell to the ground. He got up though. Time to fight, I guess.
I made a daring move and turned around to take a power-up from the bag. But it wasn't there? I turned back around and got hit by a boomerang. I fell to the ground. I looked up. Bowser Junior was there! I guess he goes to school here. He must've eaten a boomerang flower. At least I think that's what they're called.
I stood up. He threw another boomerang. I jumped over it. It hit the wall and came back. I slid out of the way. It hit Broshi then Bowser Junior then the power-up bag. Power-ups flew everywhere! I grabbed an ice flower and froze both of them. I kicked them and they slid towards a wall. The ice shattered when they hit it. I ran over to them. I proudly said "I win. Now promise me you wont take anymore power-ups, or else..." "Or else what?" "Well I'm not used to saying this bad guy kind of stuff so...Or else you won't get these no homework passes!" I waved around these pieces of paper I found in my pocket." They whispered to each other. "Deal" "Ok." I gave them the pieces of paper. "Haha! We tricked you!" Bowser Junior jumped on Broshi and rode him. They charged at me. I went in my shell. They hit me. I hit the wall and came back at them. They jumped over me and I hit a bomb that Poppy Bro just HAD to put on the ground. I came out of my shell and laid on the ground. I was hurt. "Looks like we've won! Both of them started stepping on me and laughing. Just when I thought I had a game over, Broshi fell to the ground. Something hit him. Or someone!
I looked up and saw Billy Dee! He started poking Bowser Junior with his spear. "BAD TURTLE! BAD!" He smacked him with the spear! He flew towards the wall! He sat next to Broshi.
Billy Dee screamed with rage "GO ROFL COPTER!!" He threw at a toy helicopter. "Wait that's an actual thing?!" I heard it talk. "Soi soi soi soi soi" "Go ROFL Copter use propellor boomerang! " It threw its propellor and it hit! The propellor came back. Billy Dee jumped on the helicopter and rode it! Bowser Junior got up and took out his paintbrush. He squirted paint at him but Billy Dee yelled "DO A BARREL ROLL!" And the copter did just that. The paint missed. "CUT THEM WITH YOUR PROPELLORS!!"

Wait no that won't work. This is Nitendo we're working with we can't stab them that's way too violent! Let's see...YES! That's works perfectly!

Billy Dee yelled to me "Hop in!" A cannon came out of the bottom of the ROFL Copter. I jumped in and went my shell. I started spinning. The cannon went to the top of the copter and fired! It was so slow-mo! Eeeeeeeeeoooooooouuuuuuuuuuuu-DOINK! I hit them! "Alright we give up take your stupid lives back! Oh Magikoopa!" A Magikoopa appeared. "Put Chris's lives back up there!" And he did. "Now go prepare my lunch!" He disappeared. Broshi yelled at me "This isn't over!" They walked up the stairs.
"Listen Billy Dee, I'm sorry about today. Broshi told me you took my paint. And thanks for savin' my behind back there! Your ROFL Copter's pretty cool! I wanna show you something after school. Meet me at Jacob's house." "Ok!" We went to our classes. I was really late now. But who cares? I felt like I just made an action movie.
