Annabeth
We pulled up to the hotel, and I could see lights flashing inside.
"It's changed so much." I said.
"We aren't that old...only almost thirty..." Percy hung his head.
"Shut up." I said. We went inside.
"Going into the club?" asked the woman at the desk.
"Yeah." said Percy.
"IDs, please." we handed her our IDs, then went inside. There was a disco ball, which I thought was kind of funny. I'd never seen one inside a club before. People were dressed in all kinds of clothing. Casual, business casual, party, elegant, it was very diverse.
"This place looks awesome." I whispered in Percy's ear.
"So awesome." he whispered back. We walked over to the bar and got a few drinks. Then we inspected the crowd.
"What do you think of him?" Percy asked me, pointing to a guy across the room. I shrugged.
"Not my type." I looked around, and spotted a girl looking lonely.
"How about her?" I pointed to her.
"No way." he shook his head.
"Suit yourself."

Around two in the morning, Percy and I had downed too many shots, danced with too many people, and sung a very drunk version of Friends in Low Places.
"Ya know, I missed this." Percy confessed, as we stumbled out of the club.
"M-Me to." we sat on a couch in the lobby, trying to regain our barings.
"Neither of us can drive." he said.
"But your truck is here..." I trailed off.
"Why don't we just get a room and stay the night, and drive back in the morning?"
"Great plan." I said, getting up and walking to the front desk. "Hi. We need a room, please." The man looked up, raised an eyebrow, and looked at his computer.
"Both of you?"
"Yup." said Percy.
"Specific room?"
"Nah." I shook my head.
"$281 please." We handed our credit cards over. The man looked at us confused, but we said,
"Split the cost." we said in unison.
"Okay..." the poor guy looked extremely tired.
"Room 306. Enjoy your stay." he handed us our cards, and we set out to look for the stairs.
"Isn't there an elevator or something?" complained Percy.
"I didn't see one." I shrugged, giggling a bit for some reason.
Somehow, we made it up the stairs. With a lot of support from the wall. Finally we got to our room. The two of us crashed on the bed, so tired and drunk and stressed from walking up the stairs, that we didn't even care that there was only one bed. I fell into a deep sleep, cuddled at Percy's side.

My first thought I had when I woke up was, 'too bright'. The light streaming through the curtains was too much for my hungover eyes. I covered them with my hands, trying to block the light stabbing my eyeballs.
