What if you were given a second chance at life? How would you do things differently?
To Kapriella, a tragic situation takes her life. However, an angel from above has a different fate in mind for her. Sending her back to her body, the angel sets he...
"Her hair clip malfunctioned, but luckily nobody saw anything." Dyanna lied to Gabriel. She looked back at me nervously and I diverted my eyes. I didn't want to be caught lying. The one thing I've learned about Dyanna is she's a pretty damn good liar, but right now she's not doing so well.
Gabriel leaned against the wall with his hand going through his hair. He was in a deep concentration causing his white hair to fall over his eyes.
I didn't want to say it, but he was VERY handsome in the moment.
"That's okay, Dyanna, get her ready for tonight. I know he's heading out to dinner. That'll be the perfect time to attack him." Gabriel walked over to me and smiled. "You are doing a really good service. Getting rid of these beasts will decrease the live of innocent deaths."
He patted my shoulder before leaving the room. I rushed after him and opened the door only to be met with an empty hallway.
"Dyanna." I slowly called to her.
"Kapriella." She sang nervously.
"I can't kill him, I won't." I told her sternly.
"And you aren't killing my-my boyfriend." Dyanna closed her eyes preventing any tears from spilling.
"He's your boyfriend?" I walked over to her and gave her a gentle hug.
"Yes, I think so. We haven't officially called it, but-."
Her tears bursted out. I held her in my arms while my eyes wandered around the room. My eyes fell upon a few of the knifes that Gabriel left behind.
"I have an idea." I parted from her and grabbed the keys to my car.
