Saturday morning i got up around 9am to do my morning jog.

I changed into my black spandex shorts and put my white tank top on and put my green soccer jacket on and went down stairs.

I usually jog with Angelic in the mornings but this time i decided to jog on my own to clear my mind.

I slipped my Nike Roshes on and headed out the door.

Ten minutes later i found myself at the big lake thats at the begining of the neighborhood, its pretty big so i always jog or run here.

While i did my stretches at the begining of the lake i found my mind drifting off to last night.

After i crushed Jacob's dreams of ruling the school together as a stupid 'powerhouse couple' , Meloney came up to me and said she found Tyrone outside and that we could leave if we wanted to.

I deffinetly agreed since i felt super awkward around Jacob now.

As we were walking away i stupidly looked back at him and we locked eyes. He was rubbing his chin while mumbling some words to himself, than he mouthed four words to me.

You. Will. Be. Mine.

I suddenly turned back around and smirked to myself.

In your dreams.

My phone vibrating in my jacket pocket pulled me out of my thoughts and back to reality.

I awnsered without looking to see who it was.

"Hello?" I said while still jogging.

"Sophie is that you?" The voice said.

I paused and stood still.

"Who is this?" I asked nervously.

"Of course you dont recognize my voice , you seemed out of it when i first saw you anyways." He said.

"D-dad?" I asked, my voice shaking.

"Awe see i knew you would guess right." He said.

I gulped, this cant be happening right now.

"How did you get my number?" I blurted out.

"Oh she hasnt told you?" Braden asked.

"Who? Mom?" I asked.

"Psh, as if that witch would give me your number, she wanted to keep me away from you." He said.

"Who?" I asked again.

"Angelic, obviously." He said.

What the fuck is Angelic doing talking to him?

To piss mom off?

"She told me i should reach out to you, she wants us all to eat dinner together." He said.

"So this is what Angelic wants?" I asked.

"Well yes, and me too it was just her idea." He said.

This was all too overwhelming for me right now.

"I can't, im booked solid with soccer and everything, but if im free, i'll deffinetly let you know, but for right now, i really have to go so i'll call you later today. Kay? Kay. Bye." I said quickly then hung up.

I closed my eyes an let out a deep breath.

I really couldnt deal with these daddy issues right now, especially while im trying to focus on getting scouted.

A family reunion would have to wait for now.
