Big white windows shadowed the creamy walls. Nurses were stumbling about, customers filling in forms. Mothers weeping in the rigid hospital chairs, hoping their children heal. Noises of beeping machines were heard over the nurses rushing in and out of patients rooms.
Shuffle, shuffle.
Room 43. Iliana's layered, long golden blonde hair, framed her pale porcelain skin as she lay in the cold sheets of the hospital bed. A plastic tube attached to her cracked lips, heaved lungs screaming out for oxygen. Doctors and nurses of all ages shuffled in and out of the pealing hospital door.
Dead. Dead. Dead. The heart dropping sound of the flat line could be heard. Doctors and nurses rushed to Iliana's freezing hospital bed. Dark circles framed under her eyes, swollen cheekbones framed her pale skin.
"Hurry! Get the AED. Flat line on patient 106."
The doctor rushed to Iliana, Pressing the AED machine to her chest. 1, 2, 3.
"It's not working! CPR."
Bump. Bump. Bump.
Bump. Bump. Bump
Bump. Bump. Bump
"It won't work. Time of death; 11:47 Pm, Thursday 24th October 2020."
Poor girl, she was only 19. The main nurse thought brokenly inside her head.
