September 2 (evening)
This is my first time journaling as the President of the United States. I thought it would be great for me to write what I feel and experienced during my term in office. So here we go! When I saw the Prime Minister assassinated today, I was very shocked. British Prime Minister Daniel Colburn was a very nice man. Before I became President, he was already holding office. He was very nice to me during a conference in London. He welcomed me as if I was his friend for all his life. He was a really good man.
But that incident ended his life so soon. Fifteen minutes before the ceremony at London, I called him.

"Good Evening, Mr. Colburn, how are you today?" I asked.

"I am quite well, thank you for asking;" he said," it's really loud here, my friend. I am guessing that all of England has come to see this event! I still don't know what to say whilst I'm in stage. I'll just wing it! Well, how is everything?"

"Everything is very well here," I said,"In six hours, I'll be speaking in the ceremony. I'll be watching you speaking during the ceremony! Good luck!"

"Oh, very good!" he said,"Thank you. I'll be watching you speaking in your ceremony! Good luck to you too! Oh, it's time for me to go up the stage! I will talk to you in a bit, my friend!"

That was the last time I talked to him. The hologram projector was on, and I could see that the ceremony was about to start. I saw him walking to the stage. When he went in the front of the stage, he was smiling to the audience and said,"Good Evening. We are here today to remember this awful war. This world that we live in is done fighting: and we should strive for a progressive future. We honour the lives who have fought in this war. Tonight, we are going to light. . ."

And this was when Prime Minister Daniel Colburn was shot. There were two shots. One shot him directly into the heart and the other right into his head. He collapsed right in front of the crowd. I saw the crowd screaming and panicking, while the medical services came in to try to rescue him. I couldn't believe what I saw. I heard a policeman say,"Over there! Stop him!" I saw about ten policemen in heavy armor trying to past the dense crowd. All of a sudden, the hologram channel turned blue.
As the channel turned blue, three men from the secret service barged into the door.

"Are you alright, Mr. President?" said the first one who came in.

"I am," I said.

"We were just worried because of what happened just right now, sir," he said.

I thanked them and they went out of the room. What is happening? Why would someone try to do that? I must get some news about this incident right now. I will write again once I get the full news update.
