The Punishment

       Finally the time came where i was SUPPOSED to be in detention but noooo. I have to be with stupid Lucas at stupid football practice with his stupid friends. 

    Did i mention his friends are jerks? Especially Caleb. 

    Lucas's best friend which means he is like a clone of Lucas. My family has known Caleb for 9 years so he is part of the family.

     But that doesn't stop him for teasing and making fun of me just like Lucas. I met Lucas in front of the school and he dragged me all the way to the field. We met up with the team. 

     Lucas was almost finished telling me to go sit on the bleachers when two strong arms shoved me to the ground. 

I was confused who it was until i heard Caleb's voice "whats up shorty" he laughed. Caleb gave Lucas one of those bro hugs. 

Once i got off the ground and finished dusting myself off, i yelled  "I HATE YOU" running and jumping onto Caleb's back hitting him playfully on the head. "woah their princess".

  He almost fell over when Lucas grabbed me off Caleb's back and calmly walked me over and placed me on the bleachers. I crossed my arms while Lucas walked back to the team for practice.

 I sat on the bleachers with my phone for a few hours until he was done with practice. He said his goodbyes and walked me back to the car to drive us home.

 We hopped in the car and sat in silence for the first few minutes. I decided to break the ice by saying "Are you going to tell Jackson about the detention?" He looked back at me and i gave him my big puppy eyes.

 He chuckled "Even if i didn't want to tell Jackson, i suspect the twins already did" he told me. I sighed and mumbled "fuck". He glared at me "what did you say?" 

I decided i probably couldn't get in more trouble than im already in so why not have some fun with this? "I. said. Fuck" i told him smirking. He glared even harder. 

 I yelled "What got YOUR panties in a twist huh? you guys curse all the time. Well, watch me. FUCK.BITCH.SHIT.CRAP.ASS.HELL MOTHERFU-" but i was interrupted by Lucas pressure pointing me in the shoulder. 

"I dont think so baby. shut it" He spat. "DONT CALL ME BABY" I YELLED. But by then, we were home. I got out of the car and slammed the door. Yes, im dramatic. 

Lucas walked inside. I was about follow but i was stopped by Dylan and Griffin meeting me outside. "Yes boys?" i said. "So. Lily. How is... your new friend?" they asked smirking.

 My heart stopped. I was so worried about them finding out about detention, i completely forgot that the twins had friends in my class where i met Chris and saw everything. And most likely told Griffin and Dylan about him. 

"I-um-uh who do you mean?" i stuttered. "Oh no one really. Just... your new boyfriend" they announced grinning like maniacs. "Please dont tell Lucas and Jackson. Please." i begged. 

"Welll why shouldn't we?" they asked, probably hoping they could get something out of it. But luckily i had some dirt i could blackmail them with.

 "Well i mean.. hypothetically, if you were to tell them, i might just maybe let it slip about how you borrowed jackson's car last weekend?" I winked at them. 

Their faces went pale wondering how i knew that. Griffin grabbed my shoulders desperately and said "We wont tell if you keep your mouth shut. deal?" i had them wrapped around my little finger, or so i thought.
