8 - escape

y/n POV

i look at my surroundings and see that no one is around me. I start running down the hall and out the building. sneaking past people was gonna be easy but getting out would be hard.

i got to a door which was the way out of the building but I heard voices outside.

i look around and see a window I could go through.

i make my way toward the window then look out of it to see two guards and it looked like it was getting dark. i unlock the window quietly and get out of the building from it.

the guards didn't seem to notice me so I made my way past them and now I was sneaking around their camp.

the best way I could think of was either to wait until the morning and hide in the back of the trucks or take one now and leave.

but I can't stay here any longer this place just gives off terrible vibes.

'truck it is' I thought to myself.

they left the keys on this desk so I can just take one of these.

on my way I grabbed some clothes off a guard to make myself look like one of them. I get in the car and drive towards the gate.

they didn't recognize me for the "trespasser" thank god they just thought I was a normal person living here.

"what your business going out so late" a women questioned me.

the man I took the clothes from also had a walkie talkie so I lifted it up and said "Jameson's truck got stuck so I'm going to get him".

this Jameson dude actually did get his truck stuck cause he told everyone he did and that he needed help. the one thing I was concerned with was if someone already left to get it.

the women nodded and said "Alright you can go".

I drove off and she opened the gate for me. I sighed out of relief from that whole thing. imagine if I had gotten caught. that would've been bad.

Ellie's POV

now that I knew where y/n was I'm going to get her and do whatever it takes to get her back.

it was late so no one from the wlf were really out right now.

I've seen one truck but that's it I'll probably see more.

after 30 minutes I see one come flying down the street and they don't normally drive like that. I quickly hide but they were moving so fast I think they spotted me.

it looked like a women but I couldn't tell cause I didn't wanna get caught.

she was now out of her truck and this means she did see me. she was armed too.

i walked up behind her and then go to grab her but she turns around and stops me but then we both freeze.

"Ell-"

i immediately hug her tightly and said "I'm so happy your alright...Jesus I thought they would kill you".

she hugs me back and says "yea I was too actually".

I broke the hug and then rubbed off some dirt off her face with my thumb. "look at you...they hurt you didn't they?".

she nods then said "yea but nothing I can't handle".

i look at the her features on her face and I never realized how beautiful she actually was. her eye were a beautiful shade of e/c (eye color). i smiled a bit admiring her.

i shake my head a bit. 'that really just happened didn't it?' I thought to myself.
