PENNY'S POV

We're heading to fucking Russia. Russia! If there's anything that I hate more than this bitch, it's cold temperatures. FUCKING RUSSIA! I changed into thermal pants under a pair of jeans, a gray long-sleeve shirt, hoodie, burgundy jacket, and grey sneakers. All the layers to keep me warm because I really, really don't like cold weather.

After changing I sat down and listened to Cipher explain what I'm supposed to do here, well I wasn't really listening

After changing I sat down and listened to Cipher explain what I'm supposed to do here, well I wasn't really listening. In my mind I was imagining 10,000 ways to kill this blonde psychopath, including but not limited to: throwing her out of the plane, running over her with my car . . . twice, skinning, stabbing, shooting, a bare-knuckle beating, broken neck. All ideas to make sure she's dead-dead, like really dead. I have the feeling that if she's not really dead, like no pulse, blue, and cold, this bitch would come back and haunt me, even as a paraplegic.

"Penny!"

"What?"

"I need you to get your head in the game." she growled.

"Sorry, I was imagining something that made me really happy."

"Really? Like what?"

"Shoving my boot up your ass, but we can't all get what we want. Can we?" I smiled.

"I can, that's why you're here." she replied, but she wasn't taking my good thoughts away that easily.

"Yeah, and that's why I was imagining shoving my boot up your ass. Now please forgive me, where were we?" I asked, smirking at her redheaded boy toy who was glaring at me.

He took a few steps towards me, his hand reaching for his gun but before Cipher could stop him I had my gun and my knife out, the gun aimed at his head and the knife at his heart.

"Wanna take that next step?" I asked.

"You see, this is why I love feminine power. Penelope, you have so much talent and you're wasting it. We could do so many great things together. Your family doesn't appreciate your talent the way I can." Cipher smiled.

"What I'm wasting is valuable time. Let's get this over with so I can save my nephew and go home. Oh, and try me again . . . I dare you. My bullet will look so pretty between your eyes." I warned Rhodes.

"Are you gonna let this happen?" he demanded of Cipher, who got rid of her smile.

"Go make sure the pilot knows where to land. Now!" she growled at him.

"Men . . . can't live with them, can't live without them." I said when he left.

"I know that's for sure." she smiled and the minuscule bonding moment made me feel sick.

I need to get the hell out of here before I start considering this bitch a real friend or ally, nope, I refuse to let that happen. I know what I have to do.
