Chapter 8 - Hero names and costumes

{Deku pov}

"Hey Izu, you wanna go to the swimming pool?" Kacchan said.

"Y-yeah" I said looking down at my arms.

"Don't worry about them Izu. Just put gloves over" He said.

I went into the bathroom and changed but I still had my t-shirt on and gloves.

"Okay, Swimming pool here I come!" I said whilst I grabbed my stuff and skipped out of the room.

"Hey wait for me!" Kacchan shouted.

I waited for Kacchan at the middle of the corridor.

"Come on slow poke" I said.

"Who you calling slow poke eh" He came out of the room and he had his swimming trunks on and a towel over his shoulder.

With no top on he looked so so so

"Come on" He said grabbing me by the arm.

{At le pool}

{Still Deku pov}

Kacchan got into the pool and looked over to me.

I was a bit nervous. What if he hates me. I haven't been eating much lately.

"Hey come on!" He shouted.

I slowly lifted my shirt off and threw it to the side. Then I jumped into the pool. I looked over to Kacchan who had literally frozen. His face looked like a tomato.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Y-yeah" He said still frozen.

I got some water in my hands and flicked it all over him.

Then he looked at me, his hair all wet.

"Hahaha" I laughed.

"Come back here you little shit!" He yelled whilst running at me.

"EEK" I shrieked.

"Hey Deku" He said stopping in the water when he was just about to grab me.

"Have you been eating?"

"U-Urm" I thought he might ask that.

"Why Deku?" He said.

"I-I'm sorry, I'll eat from now on" I said lying.

"Promise?" Kacchan said.

"P-Promise" I knew I couldn't keep that promise so I crossed my fingers behind my back.

"Are you planning on throwing water all over me again" He said looking at my arms that were now behind my back.

He grabbed my arm and pulled me into a hug.

"Also Deku"

"Huh?" I said.

"Can you promise me one more thing?" He asked.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Please, don't hurt yourself ever again"

"I-I... Okay" I said obviously lying again.

He pulled away from our hug and held my hands. I blushed, I was right infront of his face. We stared at each other for a while. Then our faces went closer, and closer and closer. Kacchan tilted his head to the side and I closed my eyes. I could hear his breathing. He grabbed my waist and kissed me.

"You know you're supposed to ask me before going to the pool"

"Gah!" Kacchan dropped me and I fell into the water.
