Chapter 30 - That crazy power

{Bakugo pov}

"How long until they come?" I said, inpatient.

Todoroki just shrugged.

We were all leaning against the far wall waiting for any action to happen. Deku was propped up against the wall sitting down.

"How did he get like that then?" I pointed at Deku with my foot.

"He just fainted" Aizawa said.

How could he have just 'fainted'

"It's true. He just fainted" Todoroki exclaimed, looking at me. It's as if he knew what I was thinking.

"kay"

*BANG*

"Was that a gunshot?" Todoroki exclaimed, taking his stance.

"They're here" Aizawa spoke "Let's get ready to move"

I beat Todoroki to pick up Deku and propped him up on my back.

"How are we getting o-

All of a sudden the wall exploded. We all coughed as the smoke gathered around us.

"Eraser! Come on"

Woah... there were so many heroes.

Todoroki and Aizawa rushed out and I followed. There were stairs that we went up and then the outside light came. It blinded me for a minute. But, I took it all in. I looked behind me not stopping running, and saw tons and tons of heroes. Ones who I only saw on the TV. Fat gum, Mt. Lady. You name it.

"LOOK OUT!"

I looked up and saw a massive fire ball or something. I didn't have time to think! I jumped trying to dodge it.

The next thing I knew... I was lying on the ground... the cold, concrete floor. Everything was fuzzy... my head felt like a blizzard... I heard coughing and tried to get up using my arms and legs. It was no use. Instead, I turned my head around and to my surprise I see... blood... is it mine? No that's too much...

*Cough Cough*

I turned to the side where I saw Todoroki on the floor, he was bleeding pretty badly.

"Come on Midoriya. Wake up"

My eyes widened and saw that he was shaking Deku crap! I must of lost grip of him. I tried moving with all my might but... saw him get up. Todoroki had held a hand out for him and Deku just... slapped it. I was shaken at first but I realised that he didn't want to be rescued in the first place. I didn't want to leave him again though. I need him. He needs me.

"D-deku" I said, shakily. Reaching out for him.

His expression when he saw me was... different. He looked scared.

'why are you just standing there, he's hurt. HELP HIM!' I read his face like a book.

"K..." He was shaking, speechless.

*Drip*

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO RESCUE ME! I KNEW YOU WOULD GET HURT!" He shot out.

His hands turned into fists and tensed up. Did he not want himself to come with us because he would hold us back...? Is that really what he though... did he just not want us to be hurt?

*Cough cough*

I must have coughed too much then. Because some blood came out...

*Cough cough*

Again...

I felt someone grab me. They pulled me onto their lap. It was... Deku.
