Why?

Seungkwan regret everything in life! From everything he literally meant EVERYTHING, EVERY SINGLE THING! 

He regret looking up at Y/N when she/he confessed.

He regret saying a 'yes'.

He regret dating her/ him.

Seungkwan regret loving her/him.  

WHY? Because the only thing he was left with was a broken heavy heart, tears and regrets. 

Flashback

Y/N's pov.

Y/N was walking down the road when she/he underwent an accident. 

When Y/N woke up, she/he saw a white surrounding.

Did I die? she/he asked themselves.

No, you didn't  the angel answered, angel? No she/he meant the doctor who save her/him. 

Where is Seungkwan? He must be sick worried about me! Panic attacked her/him.

Seungkwan huh? I heard that name! He is a patient in our hospital, a cancer patient...

No! wait what?!

3rd person pov.

Thank you doctor thanking the savior and paying whatever she/he could, Y/N took her/his way to home.

Home? What does home means? 

The place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household. Permanently huh? What the hell? Does 'FOREVER' ever exist? NO! NEVER!

Seungkwan! AREN'T YOU WORRIED FOR ME? I WAS IN HOSPITAL FOR LAST FREAKING FIVE DAYS! y/n cried as soon as she/he entered the 'home' which was stinking nastily.

I missed you y/n. Please take me to the hospital, a drunk Seungkwan begged from the corner of nowhere. 

Cancer patient huh? Y/N asked angrily. 

His eyes widened as she/he got to know the so-called-secret which he was hiding since ages. 

Cancer? No I'm not-

STOP FOOLING ME ALREADY! Beads of tears ran down y/n's eyes, she/he was hurt not only because Seungkwan hid it from her/him, but because why he hide it at the first place, WHY? Didn't he trust her/him? WHY HE HIDE IT? 

Y/N please take me to the hospital, please, I'm feeling sick... He kept on begging.

Answer me first! Why you didn't say me about that? Why you hide it? WHY? Y/N was now screaming as hard as she/he could.

Because I- He hesitated for a moment before continuing, planned something else for you.

WHAT? YOU WERE GOING TO KILL ME? 

NO! I was about to break up with you, but the day I planned, you didn't show up... I thought you left me already.... 

Seungkwan, you should have at least said that to me! I was you girlfriend FOR PETE'S SAKE! y/n took an empty bottle and threw it on the floor, glasses scattering all around.

What will happen if I said that to you? HUH? Y/N looked down at him, more tears forming her / HIS eyes.

I WOULD HAVE NEVER DATED YOU!

THAT'S THE REASON WHY I HIDE IT! I WANTED TO DATE YOU BUT IF YOU GOT TO KNOW THIS, YOU WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE DATED ME!!! This time seungkwan yelled.
