I don't think Noctis and Mavi would get along. If Noctis saw Mavi for the first time, he would probably attack her first (Because she looks like a demon, even though she's not a demon). Mavi would defend herself and fight back against him. They would probably fight to the death. But, as long as someone is there to break the fight, then they would be fine and not dead.
I think Mavi would hate his guts. And Noctis would hate Mavi because she looks like a bad person/demon.
