A Hat In Time Parent Scenarios (On Pause)

You get in trouble

● So you were wandering around subcon. Unattended

● Snatcher had to go out again and left you with a minion of his.

● You, of course, cried because you wanted his attention, but he didn't come back.

● At some point, the minion assignmet to look after you had to leave for a bit because you just wouldn't shut u-

● Yeah, I think the poor guys eardrums exploded.

● Do Snatchers minions even have Ears?

● Anyway. You took this as your chance to escape. Snatcher had taken you outside with hat kid before, but he didn't go far from the tree house and you were thirsty for adventure!

● Basically, you just waltzed right down to the bridge.

● No one was there so, might as well.

● Apparently, you hurt the poor minions non existent ears so much the others had to take care of him.

● You got to the bridge, which seemingly pulled you towards it. Basically you three year old brain thought a broken bridge was interesting and you walked over.

● Meanwhile, Snatcher returned back to his house.

● Some minion, who wasn't the minion Snatcher specifically assigned, sat there.

● He told Snatcher what happened and basically made a whole knew hell for that one minion.

● Snatcher when out to search for you. And he found you rather quickly. I mean, you didn't really get that far.

● But you were literally ONE STEP away from becoming an official member of subcon, if you get what I mean.

● Snatcher didn't want you to become an official member so he floated over at a speed that would make Sonic jealous and grabbed you.

● He's a ghost, so you guys didn't fall...

● Anyway, he took you back home and gave you the scolding of you short life.

● Y/N will remember that...

● You were basically grounded for a month and Hat kid wasn't allowed to visit...

★彡 Conductor 彡★

● Conductor brought you to the studio! AGAIN.

● It's basically become a ritual that Conductor would bring you in, not that anyone was complaining.

● You actually were with Conductor right now.

● He was writing a few scripts while watching over you.

● At one point, you got hungry and started crying. Conductor came over fast and found out you were just hungry.

● He tould you to wait and went out to get you some food (he also got some alcoh-)

● You got board pretty quickly and climbed on his chair.

● You looked at the papers he was working on and tried reading it, but you couldn't read.

●(Even if you could, you wouldn't be able to read Conductors handwriting. Only the Express Owls and himself can read it. He says its so DJ Groves can't steal ideas, but some (Most) Express Owls don't agree.)

●You were so invested in trying to read the script you accidentally knocked over the ink pot(?). It luckily didn't spill over the paper, but it did leave quite the mess.

● Meanwhile, Conductor was in the kitchen having a heated argument with Groves about if it was OK to bring a child to the studio.

● At some point Groves realised that if they continued to argue one of them would most likely end up with a/28 stab wound/s. So he decided to call quits and leave.

● The now agitated Conductor then returned to the room, where he heard crying.

● He went in the room, expecting you to be crying because you were hungry, but instead you were crying because ink got on your hands.

● He realised what was going on and because he was already stressed (and maybe a little tipsy) he shouted at you.

● He didn't hurt you or anything, he cares for you afterall, but he did put you in a makeshift prison.

● Conductor also gave you food after you started to cry about it, but didn't hand over any toys.

● After he cleaned everything up and calmed down he realised his reaction was stupid.

● In the end he got you out of the 'prison' and told you not to mass with other people's stuff.

● There was this locked door in your home that Groves told you to ignore...

● It was huge, at least in your opinion, and it just had this forbidden aura around it.

● You wanted in. And you were going to get in.

● First, you needed to grab the key. All keys in the house were at the same spot, you figured out. They were in a small box attached to the wall near the front door.

● It was a bit high up, but you took a chair from the kitchen and got up to it.

● Next, you need to grab the right key. You saw Groves use a big black one on the door, so you grabbed the one most similar to it.

● You quietly, but quickly went up the stairs and to the room.

● Groves wasn't home right now, but you had to be sure.

● At least, that's what you thought.

● Apparently, the keyhole was to far up for you to reach so you had to go downstairs again to get a chair.

● . . .

● You had the wrong key.

● You were about to head down again to find another key that fit the description, but you frose in place.

● Someone just cleared their throat... AND THEY WERE RIGHT BEHIND YOU!

● "Darling'... What are you doing?"

● You didn't answer and got scolded for trying to break into the room.

● You were grounded for a week...
