you and your Dad have been working for a few hours now, and managed to pack a lot of your stuff, including your plushies, storybooks, and some of your clothes.
"y/d/n, y/n, dinner's ready!"
"coming Mom!"
you and your Dad head downstairs as your Mom sets up the dinner table.
afterwards, the three of you ate dinner together. for a few moments, everything was silent, only the sound of the tv playing silently in the background.
after finishing, your mum decided it was time for you to sleep. you both went upstairs to your half empty bedroom.
before she wished you good night, she asked you, "y/n, have you told charlton that we're moving? i'm planning to tell his mum and the other neighbors tomorrow."
"no, not yet. im scared to tell them.."
"hm? why?"
"because him and auz might get sad and i dont want them to be sad."
your mum sighed. "how about me and dad tell their mum, so you dont have to tell them. would that help?"
"maybe?"
she laughed, then hugged you and said "okay then, you should get some sleep. goodnight, y/n"
"g'night ma," you said, a bit muffled.
