One Week Away

EPILOGUE

ONE YEAR LATER

"I can't believe I just did that after I said I would never do it again!" Christian pulled me into a tight hug and kissed me "Yeah but doesn't it feel amazing to be Mrs. Davis!" "Yeah it kind of does." His lips started traveling down my neck to the center of my chest, finding any available skin around my wedding dress. "Fuck I love you and I love this body of yours." Nervously I pulled away from our embrace and walked over to the closet that was hiding my bag. "What is it Adrianna?"

"Nothing. I just got you a little gift that's all. And I hope you still love my body after it." Confusion stretched across his face as his brows furrowed and he looked down at the little box in my hands. Walking back across the room to him I quickly hand him the box almost afraid that I will chicken out. I watch anxiously as he slowly opens it. Pulling the ribbon string and then taking the top off of the box, he reaches in and takes out a picture.

His eyes widen as a smile crosses his face. "Is this? Is this real? Like ours?" Tears pool in my eyes as I watch the excitement and realization cross his face. "Yes!" He struts over, picks me up off of the ground and twirls me in the air. "We're really having a baby?" "Yes!" "What? When? When did you find out? When are you due? Fuck! We're having a baby." Through my streaming tears I giggle at all of his comments. "Well remember when I went to the doctor last week and told you I had a stomach bug?" He laughs. "Yes you kept throwing up." "Turns out it was a baby bug and we are two months along."

"Wow. I can't believe this day. You have made me the happiest man in the whole world. First you agreed to be my wife and now you are making me a dad. I love you so much." Looking deep into his eyes "I love you too Christian! Thank you for making me happy. I know you will be a great dad!" "Fuck yeah! And you will be an amazing mother! I just can't wait" Smiling I take his hand "Should we head back down? Our friends and family are waiting for us and I want to tell our parents before they leave tonight." "One more kiss." His lips brush mine before they drift lower and kiss over my stomach. Taking his hand in mine we head back down to our wedding reception.

We enter the room to a round of applause and laughter from our friends and family. A few co-workers including our boss are huddled around the bar laughing loudly. We make our way over to mingle "What's so funny over here?" John speaks first "We were just discussing the office bet we had a couple of years ago about you two." Christian's brows furrow "Office bet?" "Yes after that office trip there was a bet on how long it would take you two to get together after that." I eyed Christian as he eyed me back, both of us knowing we were already together before we got back. I spoke up this time "Well... Who won?" Jane raised her hand "I did."

I eyed her with suspicion. She whispered in my ear "Don't worry. I kept your secret." She winked at me before I bust out laughing. "Well I'm glad we could entertain you all!" My boss came over and hugged me "I'm just glad you two figured it out before I lost one of you!"

The rest of the night went by too quickly. Before heading out we gathered our parents, Christian's siblings and Deena. "Thank you guys for coming. You are all such an important part of our lives and we wouldn't be where we are without any of you. We have one more surprise for you." Christian reaches in his pocket and pulls out the picture of the sonogram.

Deena squeals first as she hugs me tightly to her "Oh my God Adrianna!! A baby!!! I am so happy for you guys!" Next she turned to Christian and hugged him tight before moving out of the way for the rest of the group. My parents came over next "I can't believe we are going to be grandparents. Congratulations!" His parents came over and grabbed our hands, his mom speaking first "I knew you two would end up here when I saw you at his house." I blushed remembering how shocked I was to find her there that night. "I'm glad we did!" "We are two and we can't wait to become grandparents." His brother and sister were last to congratulate us before we all headed off for the night.

Heading back home to our waiting dog we quickly made our way upstairs to get out of our dress and tux. "I still can't believe we are married!" "Well believe it baby. We have forever together." I smiled at him. "Get over here husband!"

He quickly crossed the room and picked me up into his arms before laying me down on the bed. His lips pressed to mine. His tongue gliding across mine. His fingers holding onto mine. We were one. Husband and wife. I learned so much in my first marriage but the biggest lesson was realizing that this was a different man. He was ready to treat me like the queen I dreamed about being!

His fingers floated down my body finding me already wet and ready for him. "Always ready for me baby." "Always." He slid his thick shaft into me slowly. I looked into his big blue eyes and said, "I love you!" "I love you too Adrianna." He thrust into me again. The slow speed allowed me to feel him seated deep inside of me. Every slow thrust brought us together in the most loving way. I was full. My pussy. My heart. My life. Even my belly was full with our next journey in life. I was complete for the first time in my life.

"I'm close." "Me too baby." His fingers slid between us as he applied pressure to my clit. "Yes!" His lips closed over mine as he continued to thrust into me. The pressure rising I exploded around him as I felt his hotness burst inside of me. His body slumped down on top of me as we came down from our high together.

"Today was perfect. Thank you!" "Thank you for being so perfect. I love you Adrianna." "I love you too Christian!"
