"More than that my ass." Jeongyeon scoffed.

After all of the boxes were cleared, the two sat on the wood floor.

"So all we need to do is clean the floor and then move in the furniture." San stood up, "It's getting late, let's go to sleep."

"Okay."

San was going to leave the room when Jeongyeon stopped him. "Where is Nayeon? I haven't seen her since lunch."

"It's none of your business." He said then left.

"Well it's my business since she's my friend and she's dating a jerk like you." Jeongyeon thought to herself as she walked to the living room to sleep on the couch.

Night came and everyone was sleeping. But Jeongyeon's rest wasn't as peaceful as the married couple.

In her nightmares she saw flashbacks when she and Nayeon were dating. At first it was happy but the flashback morphed into a painful nightmare.

"Nayeon what are you doing?" Jeongyeon screamed in her nightmare.

"Can't you tell?" Nayeon scoffed, "I'm trying to get rid of you."

"Why? You love me?"

"I never did, you just clung onto me because you have no one else. No wonder you have no family, you are a pain to be with."

"Wha- what?" Jeongyeon was on the floor as Nayeon stood in front of her. "Nayeon please-"

"Shut up." San said, cutting Jeongyeon off.

"There you are" Nayeon smiled and kissed San on the lips.

"Sorry I was late." He looked at Jeongyeon who was still in shock of what was happening.

Jeongyeon looked at the 2 people in front of her. She tried to stand up but she couldn't, as if someone was holding her down. Her eyes started to shake as she saw San holding a pistol.

"Did you bring it?" Nayeon asked and San nodded. "Give it." She said and San gave the pistol to Nayeon.

She pointed the pistol at Jeongyeon's head. "You don't know how long I've been waiting to do this."

"Wait Nayeon please don't. I'll leave, just don't shoot me." Jeongyeon begged.

"It's too late now." Nayeon and San laughed.

Jeongyeon's eyes looked at the pistol then focused on the wedding ring that was on Nayeon's hand. That was the last thing she saw before being shot.

But then Jeongyeon woke up, sitting straight up and in a cold sweat. She looked at the clock near the tv. It was 2 am. She looked around to calm herself but jumped when she saw someone sleeping on the other couch.

It was dark so she couldn't see who it was, so Jeongyeon quietly got off the couch and walked to the other couch. Once she got close enough she saw it was Nayeon sleeping there.

"Why is she not sleeping with San? Wait, why am I asking, I don't care about him." She thought.

Before going back to sleep, Jeongyeon went to the kitchen to pour herself a glass of water.

She laid down on the couch, blanket covering her and was trying to sleep. But she couldn't. All because of that nightmare. Jeongyeon knew it was just a nightmare and it wasn't real, but she couldn't help herself to think if Nayeon really lost interest in her.

What Nayeon said was true. All Jeongyeon did was stay with Nayeon. Without Nayeon, Jeongyeon wouldn't have a life as a normal person. Even now, Jeongyeon is living in Nayeon's house.

Nayeon has a new life, she has a husband and a child. While Jeongyeon only has Nayeon.

"Maybe I should move on." Jeongyeon thought. "Yeah, I think I should."

She thought it was a good time to leave, since everyone was asleep they wouldn't see her leave.

So Jeongyeon did so. She wrote a note to Nayeon and left it on the kitchen counter. She would pack her things up but she doesn't have much stuff. Jeongyeon didn't know where she would go. But she was hoping she would just find a good place. It doesn't matter to her if she even has to be a wolf again to live.

She took one last look at the house, then looking at Nayeon who was still sleeping.

"Goodbye. Thank you for everything." She said, kissing Nayeon on the cheek before leaving the house.

-Timeskip-

2 and a half hours passed when Nayeon woke up. She had the urge to pee so she did. She went to the washroom then came back. She went to lay down on the cough until she noticed that Jeongyeon wasn't on the couch where she usually sleeps.

Nayeon walked around the house quietly, making sure to not wake up San and Ryujin. She went upstairs but Jeongyeon wasn't there so she went back downstairs and looked around. But Jeongyeon wasn't there either.

"Where did she go?" She thought. "Did she go out to hunt again?" But her questions were answered when she saw a note in the kitchen.

He held the paper and used her phone screen to light up the note so she could read it.

She read it in her head,

To Nayeon,

I don't know when you will be reading this but, I know I would be gone by then. You may be wondering where I went. I'll make it simple for you, I ran away. I ran away so I could have my own life.

I don't want this letter to be too long. So many thoughts have been going through my mind. San was right, I should get my own life. You moved on so I should too. I just want to thank you for everything you did for me.

You saved me from death so many times. You saved me from loneliness. You made me the happiest person on Earth. You even brought me back to life after I died. Thank you. But I've grown up, might as well take responsibility as an adult. I've clung onto you since we first met. It's time for me to let go.

Please don't look for me.

Jeongyeon.

Nayeon sniffled and wiped her tears. She wanted to look for Jeongyeon even though she said not to. But where would she look? Jeongyeon could be anywhere, in the city or in the woods. She wishes she can ask San to help but she knew he wouldn't help her.

She had to do it herself. Jeongyeon was right about her being an adult and how Jeongyeon clung to her. But Nayeon needed her too. Even though she has San and Ryujin, she still needs Jeongyeon. It wouldn't be the same without her.

"Jeongyeon you're an idiot." She thought, "I still need you in my life."
