Nayeon grabbed her jacket and then left the house. She thought of places Jeongyeon could be but she wouldn't go there as she doesn't know the way around the city. But Nayeon just turned on the car and drove off.

First Nayeon drove to Momo and Heechul's house. Jeongyeon doesn't know that they went on vacation so maybe she went there to sleep for a while.

10 minutes later, Nayeon pulled up to the driveway of the house. The headlights of the car lit up the front of the house. It was quiet since it was 5 am.

Nayeon got out of the car and quickly checked the backyard of the house. Jeongyeon wasn't there. So she went back into the car and took a deep breath in.

"Where could she be? The forest? She can't be anywhere else, unless she got kidnapped, or shot by a hunter." Her eyes widened, "She better not have been shot again."

With nowhere else to go, Nayeon went to the forest. It was a 30 minute drive there and the forest was huge, Jeongyeon could be anywhere there. It would take days just to look around that forest.

Soon Nayeon parked the car near the forest. She grabbed her flashlight from the car then walked into the deep forest.

The flashlight lit up the pathway Nayeon walked on. She hoped that she would cross across Jeongyeon but she wasn't really optimistic at this time.

It's been a long time since Nayeon has gone into this forest. It reminds her of the times she had with Jeongyeon. When they lived here together. It made Nayeon emotional.

Not knowing, she walked all the way to the hill her and Jeongyeon used to stargaze at. She looked up at the sky but the stars don't feel the same compared when she looked at them with Jeongyeon.

"Jeongyeon please come back."

Wasting no time, Nayeon walked down the hill so she could continue looking for Jeongyeon. Her next destination was the cabin they used to live in. She didn't know if anyone was living there or not but she still wanted to check.

She looked around her as she walked along the path to the cabin. But just like old times, she heard the sounds of twigs breaking behind her. She knew someone, or something was following her.

At this time Nayeon would have pulled out her knife but ever since she moved to the city, she never needed it. So she didn't bring it with her.

She quickly turned around and pointed the flashlight behind her. But nothing was there. So Nayeon turned back around and quickened her walking pace.

The sounds of twigs breaking continued behind her. But it was getting louder and louder. So without looking behind, Nayeon ran.

She ran quickly toward the cabin, but the cabin was way farther than she thought.

So she kept running, thinking she would reach it in a few seconds. After all the running, she began to slow down as she was getting tired.

She couldn't run as much as she used to. But she kept trying to push herself as it was a matter of life and death.

But she noticed the sounds behind her have disappeared. It was silent again. Nayeon stopped running to catch her breath. Her hands were on her knees as she bent down.

But as she was resting, 10 meters in front of her, a wolf jumped out of the bushes.

Nayeon was startled and shined the flashlight at the wolf. She looked closely at them and saw that it looked closely to Jeongyeon.

"Jeongyeon? Is that you?" She said.

The wolf slowly walked closer to Nayeon, the front of their body was lowered to the ground.

"Jeongyeon come here! Why did you run away?" "Please come back home, I need you." She continued to talk as the wolf came closer.

When the wolf was 5 meters away from Nayeon, Nayeon saw a large scar going across one of the wolf's eyes.

"J-Jeongyeon?" She took a step back, thinking it wasn't Jeongyeon in front of her.

The wolf in front of her pounced towards Nayeon, ready to tear Nayeon to shreds.

Nayeon tried to run backwards but fell before she could take 2 steps.

The wolf was getting closer to her in seconds, and right when they were in front of her, it jumped so they could land on her.

Nayeon was scared so her first instinct was to close her eyes and to use her arms to cover her face.

But she heard something hit the ground near her. She opened her eyes and saw another wolf attacking the one that tried to attack her.

Even though she couldn't see the other wolf's face, Nayeon knew it was Jeongyeon.

The wolf with the scar was strong, but was nothing compared to Jeongyeon. She easily bit the hostile wolf, drawing blood.

The hostile wolf quickly ran away into the darkness and Jeongyeon turned to Nayeon.

"I told you not to look for me." Jeongyeon said after transforming back into a human.

Nayeon dropped her flashlight and hugged Jeongyeon, "I had to. I couldn't live without you."

"But you have Sa-" Jeongyeon said but was cut off when Nayeon landed her lips onto Jeongyeon, making them kiss.

Nayeon looked at Jeongyeon, "I missed you. I don't want to lose you again." Then kissing Jeongyeon again, pulling her closer to deepen the kiss.

At first Jeongyeon was shocked but then gave in, closing her eyes and deepening the kiss even more.

They instantly forgot everything that was happening around them. It reminded them of the times they had together. It felt like fireworks went off in their stomachs. Everything they worried about disappeared. They didn't care, they now had each other.

They both stopped kissing but continued to hug. Nayeon rested her head on the taller person's shoulder, closing her eyes. They swayed back and forth. Not letting go of each other.

Jeongyeon looked around them. But in the distance she saw someone standing behind a tree, it was San.

Her eyes widened and was filled with guilt. San hates her so if he saw them kiss then what would he do?

San saw that Jeongyeon noticed him so he looked in her eyes and nodded, giving a small smile before leaving them.

Seeing that, Jeongyeon smiled. She knew that San loves Nayeon but it looks like he knew that Nayeon still loves her.

She laid her head on Nayeon's shoulder, "Thank you San." Jeongyeon thought.
