UNEXPECTED { patty walters }

A/N: Hey there people, this is my second attempt at a fan fic ( the first one went terrible ) so i hope you enjoy and i will try to update as often as i can.....

After only just waking up I suddenly remembered that today was my birthday, I was having a massive party. It was going to be great nothing was going to ruin today. I got out of bed with great effort as I walked down the stairs I could smell burning. Great, my dad had burnt breakfast.....again. 

"Oh god dad, what are you doing?" I  asked while looking at the smoke coming from the oven.

"Well since it's your birthday...I...erm thought that I would make you breakfast" He put the black toast on a plate.

"Well thanks for trying dad,"  I said, faking a smile.

You see, me and my dad didn't really talk that much, he never liked the clothes I wore or the music I listened to, so we never really had any real conversations, it was just the odd small talk here and there. I would just sit at home on my own. I didn't have a mum because she passed away when I was 6 so I never had anyone to talk to at home. But when I could be bothered to go out I would stay at my friends house. She lives in London. She did ask if I wanted to live with her but my dad was super protective and controlling so I wasn't allowed, but since I turned 21 today, that means that I am an adult and I can do what I want. Within reason...

I went upstairs and got a shower, shoved my hair into a ponytail and put on my black jeans and my chemical romance t shirt. I called my friend lucy to see if she wanted to come to my house to get ready for my party tonight, I was so exited.

-------------- Skipping boring day-------------

It was 8:00pm and the house was packed with people that were just talking. The party was just getting started so no one was drunk yet. I knew that I would not be getting drunk tonight because I just didn't fancy waking up in the morning with a headache from hell and not actually remembering anything from the night before.

It got later and later, there was drunk people everywhere and terrible music pounding in my ears (I couldn't play the music that I wanted because my dad said that no one liked it) it started getting really hot so I went upstairs for a bit just to get away from it all.

I sat on my bed when I heard a knock on my bedroom door, it was my dad with some tall guy. I didn't know who he was. 

"Hello sweatheart," 'That was weird, he never calls me sweatheart.

"Hey dad, can I help you?" I said in a polite tone.

"Yes, well I have been thinking Mia your at the age where you should be settling down in a serious relationship and you need to start to think about what you want to do with your life." I gave him a puzzled look.

"Go on..." He turned to the man standing next to him and shot him a glare. The boy than cleared his throat and stood up straight, my dad nodded at me and then just walked off . What the hell is going on?.

"Hey there I'm dan, Your father said that you where looking for someone to settle down with. He said that I would be the right kind of person for you so I'll give you my-" I cut him off he was being really bossy like he controlled me but I didn't say anything about it.

"Look you seem really nice, but I'm not ready for a serious relationship yet....sorry." He looked at me, he scared me a bit his eyes had evil in them. I ran out the room. I had to find my dad, how could he do this to me?

by the time i had got down stairs the party was pratically over ther was just people that had been drunk on the floor either asleep or knocked out cold, the house was a tip there was stuff everywhere; spillled drinks, bottles, beer can everywhere i even think some one had been sick on the living room floor so  i think its fair to say that this party turned out to be shit.

"DADDDDDDD!!!!!" i screamed, ' here we go again' i thought 'another massive argument that was going to ruin our so called farther and daughter relationship or what was left of it'.
