CHAPTER FORTY-FIVE
"My bone marrow expired three months ago, sorry."

The entire group made the collective decision to mutter their own curse words. Much to my surprise, before the guard who was advancing on me could grab my arm, Jasper yelled something that my frazzled brain could not understand. Apparently everyone else did, as they began linking arms like a super definite circle of trust. I took this opportunity to jam my foot into the guards stomach, before turning and jamming my shoulder into his chest, sending him stumbling back.
I half ran, half fell back in line with the other delinquents, taking a deep breath.
All hell broke loose.
One second, either sides of the room were both staring at each other, the neck, a female guard ran up to me and shoved me back slightly, the rest of the delinquents taking it as an opportunity to surge forward.
"Hey, Sky-Boy, nice outfit."
I never thought I would be so surprised to hear Phia's voice. My eyes widened, and my head whipped up in surprise. The girl grinned down at me, her face looking much younger without the war paint decorating it. It was weird, the long sleeves of the guards uniform covered up her tattoo's, and she kind of looked like someone from the Ark. Her hair was pulled back into a ponytail, no braids or anything.
She looked almost as weird as me, but it was definitely Phia.
"Thought you'd want this," she smacked me in the stomach, but I knew it wasn't even hard compared to how she has hit me before. My hands flew to my middle, and I found my hands pressing something cold to my body... a knife. "Also, you call this a fight?"
"Well, we don't exactly have the resources," I shot back as she reached forward to lightly press her forearm against my neck so that we could talk easier. A smirk lit up her clean, tanned face.
"Bellamy is talking to Jasper now, and hopefully you can be more ready next time."
I felt both a mixture of happiness and annoyance at her words. Of course Bellamy was here, that idiot just can't stay away from life-threatening danger. "Yeah, tell him I say hi."
"Will do."
"Marissa! Fall out!"
"Okay!" Phia called back in a very high-pitched voice unlike her own. I almost laughed, but then remembered that she was supposed to be a guard, and shut my mouth. She turned, giving me a sly wink, before flouncing out of the room.
As soon as the doors slid shut, I relaxed, turning away from the camera in the corner and slipping the knife into the waistband of my jeans. I turned to the teenagers staring at me with somber expressions. I cleared my throat, lifting my shirt just enough so they could see the metal of the knife for a second. I dropped my shirt. "One knife won't be enough," I said, casting the door cautious looks. "We need weapons."
"Oh, like this?" Jasper asked, walking right up to me, a silver shot gun in my hand.
My mouth dropped open and I quickly walked forward as if to hug him, directing his body away from the cameras watchful eyes. I turned to look at Jasper, my eyes blinking to make sure I wasn't seeing things. "Where the hell did you get that?"
He smirked so wide I was sure it hurt, and he wiggled his eyebrows, "Bellamy says hi."
I could feel my cheeks flush, although I already knew that he spoke to Jasper, I just had no idea he would give him a gun. "Yeah, so does Phia."
Jasper's eyebrows furrowed, "huh?"
I brushed it off, "never mind." I looked around the room, and Monty pursed his lips, his eyes flickering over to the cameras nervously. If anyone could get those down, I know Monty could. "Hey, Mon..." I walked over to where he was standing, "do you think you could get those cameras down."
"Well, yeah-" he drew out the word, fiddling with his fingers. "I mean, it would be hard being locked up in this room with guards constantly running in, but if I could get to the security room, it should be easy."
"Okay..." I wracked my brain to try and figure out what Bellamy's plan could be. Phia would vote to just kill all of the guards, which I have no doubt she could do, but Bellamy would never let that happen... he knows they can't survive in radiation, though, and killing a few douche-bags to save all of us...
"He's probably going to irradiate the level." I realized, my voice a lot quieter than I originally anticipated. Monty heard me, though, and raised an eyebrow.
"How do you know that?"
"Well... doesn't it sound like a super Bellamy thing to do?" I asked, raising my voice so that everyone could hear me. "Right? If they irradiate this level, that is kind of the only thing that can help us get rid of the... driller, and let us get out of here... I can totally picture Bellamy doing that."
Fox raised her eyebrow, "okay, Nate, but not all of us spend all of our spare time with Bellamy."
"Well maybe you should start!" I snapped, making Fox snicker. I shook my head once, taking a deep breath. "Radiation is the one thing we have that they don't. It doesn't effect us, but it will literally burn these guy's face's off..." I held up my hand, when one kid gave me an extremely confused look. "Believe me, I didn't know that until they tried to bring me in here," I swiftly changed the subject, letting these guys wonder if I accidentally murdered someone or not...
The truth is sad.
"Okay, so assuming Bellamy irradiates this level..." Jasper began, "how would he even know how to do that? Unless your Grounder friend took a mechanics course-"
"They have walkie-talkie's, Jasper." I explained incredulously, and his mouth formed a small 'O' as he remembered that. "I would assume Raven would help them... she's smart, right?" I laughed, obviously Raven was smart, she was the smartest person I have ever met. "That was a stupid question. Okay, so if we can get out of here, I want to get to the elevator and find where they are doing the actual drilling... I can try and destroy their supplies."
"And if Bellamy doesn't find a way for us to get out?" Monty asked, and I turned to look into his dark eyes, my face turning grave.
"Then we fight."
A/N: Wow, this was short.
I was wondering if you guys think I should make a second book after season two or season three?
