As you shot up fireworks, you smiled up. It was amazing, seeing the bright colors and flashes. Today, you wore a black kimono with pink splotches all over it. You huddled your stomach to the ground as a shadow loomed over you. You tilted your head and looked up to see a large white bird and blinked. Slowly, you crawled back. A soft hum left your lips as you threw the fire across the grass and allowed it to burn.
You were supposed to be patrolling, but you didn't really feel like doing so. That was until you saw the blonde on the clay bird, smirking widely at you. Slowly, you pulled your katana out and swung it between your fingers as you studied him. His black cloak with red clouds..
You gripped firmly onto the katana as you remembered. The cloak was a symbol of the terrorism organization or something like that, and the organization was filled with S-Rank criminals. That probably meant he was much stronger than you. "What is somebody as beautiful as you doing out here at night, hm?" The blondie spoke.
"I'm patrolling for people like you. What's your business here?" you calmly spoke back, slowly putting your weapon away upon noting that he wouldn't attack you out of the blue. "I'm just finding villages to destroy, un." he nodded, placing his hands in his pouch. "I figured you live in a village, so maybe you can take me there?" he asked, and you scrunched your face up in confusion. "I'm not leading you to my village upon knowing you're going to attempt to destroy it. I like to remain loyal." you huff, making hand signs.
He sighed.
"alright, alright! I won't attack your village for now so clam down." He raised his hands a bit, smiling widely at you. A bitter expression was plastered across your face, and you kicked your fireworks away. "good, you'll have a hard time if you try and hurt anybody." You murmured before you walked forward and set the end of the firework on fire, soon causing it to shoot up and explode in the air. "It seems you'll understand my art, yeah!" he boasted, seeming to be proud.
The wind blew at your face and you blinked multiple times. "Art?" You questioned and eyed him. Who knew a S-ranked criminal would have passion for art. "I'd say anything can be art, if you say so." you hum, smiling lightly. He stared at your smile, and eventually he blushed a bit and turned away. Your way of thinking was new to him. Probably because he was raised in a village with a high ego then he joined a criminal group.
You shook your head and stood up.
"We shouldn't even be talking to eachother." you blurted and turned away, no expression on your face. "Maybe we'll meet again, maybe we won't. Who knows? I kind of hope not, though. My village wouldn't be happy if I was talking to a criminal." you sighed as you began to walk away, leaving him to blankly stare at you.
He didn't want you to leave. He wanted you to stay, but maybe sometimes you would have to let go of people.
No. He didn't want to let go of you, so he wouldn't. He felt as if you two were destined. He wasn't planning on letting go so easily, even if it meant destroying your village, which was naturally his main goal. He hopped onto his bird and flirt up. "When I get rid of your village, we can meet again, and you won't have to worry about your village judging you. Then, we can get to know eachother." he whispered, and eventually arrived at your village before you.
"you won't have to know I did it either. I'll be there to cure your sadness, I'll make you feel better, un." he whispered and tossed his clay down. "I'm quite sorry for this though, love" He whispered as the village exploded.
