A New Start

Angela POV

Willow just got back tonight, it's been a week since she left.

She said she found a house that's perfect for us. She said there's 5 bedrooms, one for James and I, Seth, Willow and the nursery and once they are old enough Ava and Zarek can have their own rooms. 3 bathrooms, one on suite to James and I's room, one down stairs and one upstairs. A big back yard, a garage, living room, spacious kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a basement.

She talked to the relator and told her to put the house on hold, she paid 100$ for a weeks hold. She also found a doctor for Ava to see.

Ava and Zarek are asleep in there cribs. James left to go to the bank in hell, he was disguised of course. He said he had over 5 million in savings, being a royal he had a lot.

Willow and I sit at the table drinking tea.

"So Seth will be at the house when we move in?" Willow asks.

"Yea he said once Strider is gone it would be ideal for him to live with us." I stare out the window.

You can't really see anything out the window besides fog.

The Phantom realm is depressing.

"How will we know Strider is dead?" She asks.

"James said he would check in."

She nods.

We sit in the eerie silence of the house until a door is slammed in the house. We both jump.

Ava starts crying and I rush to my bedroom.

"Ava!" I cry out thinking some one is in there with them.

I reach my bedroom and I see that our door was opened.

I look at the twins and Ava is crying holding her arms out to me and Zarek seems calm.

I rush to Ava and lift her and go to set her down with Zarek to calm her down but she squirms away from him and tries to stay in my arms.

"What is it Ava? Why are you scared of your brother?" I ask as if she would give me an answer.

She keeps crying and Willow walks in.

"Everything ok?"

"No ones here." I say in confusion.

"Holy shit, the doorknob left a whole in the wall."

I turn around and see a hole left from where the doorknob must have hit.

"Something opened the door pretty damn hard." I say holding Ava closer trying to calm her down.

"What do you think it was?" She asks.

I shrug.

"Think one of the twins did it? I mean it's almost been six months." she says.

"Ava acted as if there was a monster in the room, Zarek was all calm when I got in here. Then again Zarek is the braver one." I say.

"Yea he's got James genes for braveness alright."

"Hey!" I laugh at her mockery and throw a pillow at her.

"Kidding! You can be brave too."

"Weird thing is Ava acted scared around Zarek." I say.

"You think he did it? I mean maybe his power threw the door open." she says.
