It feels weird to give this anything other than three stars. Challenging concepts aside, there's nothing one can like or dislike. This is just a declaration of the official opinion of the Catholic church regarding sexual matters. It basically urges one to reject the modern permissiveness of sexual promiscuity in order to follow Christ's example of chastity. Treat yours and others' bodies with respect, as they are ultimately the property of God, not to be abused through sin and indulgence.
It goes without saying: something easier said than done. The battle any discerning Christian, Jew or Muslim has to endure is in forming and maintaining a balanced lifestyle, imposing restrictions if not outright rejecting their natural urges. Like many a faithful person, I would not hesitate in saying I should be able to do much better. God knows I am trying in my own way, my own time. I guess it comes down to the fact that I can only pray to want to do better.
