Taehyung and Jeongguk were currently cuddling, legs and arms tangled up with each other. It's only been a few hours and Taehyung has been fast asleep in Jeongguk's arms. Loving the scent of the raven and feeling safe in his arms.Laying down on top of Jeongguk's muscular body but it was comfortable. Jeongguk's chest was like a pillow to Taehyung.
He loved it.
While Taehyung has been sleeping, Jeongguk has been on his phone keeping up with the others. Telling them that they can come in if they wanted too. But they didn't want to wake Taehyung so they declined.
Jackson on the other hand, there is no word on him just yet. All they know is that he is currently going under surgery.
Jeongguk is worried about Jackson but he doesn't want to leave Taehyung's side. The boy needs him.
He looked down when he felt Taehyung move a little bit, curling his fist on his shirt and bringing his head a little bit lower. What worried him was that Taehyung let out a small whimper.
Something was off.
"Taebaby it's ok," Jeongguk tried to comfort him when Taehyung's face started to scrunch up. Like he was in pain somehow.
Jeongguk sat up and started to shake Taehyung's shoulders.
Taehyung let out a groan and his eyes fluttered open. But what was off to Jeongguk was that Taehyung's eyes were a faded blue with a hint of brown.
"G-gukie," Taehyung let out, his voice was a little bit hoarse.
Jeongguk was most definitely worried. He was just fine a few hours ago.
"I-I'm h-hungry,"
"Ok, I'll ask Seokjin to get you something. Just relax and breathe ok?" Taehyung nodded and tried to take some deep breaths. The growling of his stomach was increasing instead.
Jeongguk was definitely worried. He has never seen Taehyung this hungry, even when he first arrived at their base months ago. He asked Seokjin to get him a small sandwich, with ingredients that Taehyung would like.
He started to rub his upper back, trying to make him feel better.
There was a knock on the door and Seokjin walked in with a ham sandwich. Worry filled his eyes when he saw how uncomfortable Taehyung looked while curling up against Jeongguk.
Seokjin walked over to the couple and handed Jeongguk the bagged sandwich with some napkins.
"What happened?" Seokjin asked with worry. He has never seen Taehyung like this.
"I don't know, he was fine a few hours ago and now his stomach is acting up. Like he is in pain from not eating for a while," Jeongguk said while taking the sandwich out of the package.
Jeongguk shook Taehyung's shoulders again to tell him that there is food. He opened up his eyes, still some faded blue color in them.
The raven broke off a piece and gave it to Taehyung, letting him chew on the small piece.
Taehyung chewed it for a little bit and his face then scrunched up in disgust. Shaking his head that he doesn't like it.
"But that's your favorite Taehyungie," Seokjin said in a smoothing but questioning voice. This was Taehyung's favorite sandwich, is he not hungry?
Or hungry for something else.
"Thank you hyung, I'll figure out what's off. Go take some rest, I can see it in your eyes," Jeongguk said when he started to notice Seokjin's state. Slumped shoulders and eye bags under his eyes.
