Chapter 16

Me and Quinton decided to go watch some Netflix in his room after sitting on the roof top. I lay my head down on his pillow and felt the bed dip down beside me as he lay down. I moved closer to him and lay my head in his chest. feeling him breathe up and down always used to calm me down. We used to do watch a movie or just talk together like this all the time but then mason would tell me I couldn't and shouldn't do that whilst dating him.

I closed my eyes breathing in sync with him now. That was the last thing I remembered until the sun shone down on my face the next morning. I was back in my new room still in my clothes from yesterday.

I rubbed my eyes before sitting up and looking around the room at my suitcases. I got out of bed taking some medicine the doctors had prescribed me for the rest of the week. I would still feel a slight bit of pain every now and again from the abuse but nothing to serious anymore.

I smiled as I saw a note next to my phone.

Gone get Dunkin be back in 15, hopefully your up then

I got ready for the day as Quinton knocked on my door. I shouted him in as he rested a coffee down on my bedside table. I thanked him as he sat on my bed taking a sip from his own.

Quinton-"what's your plan for the day" he said looking at me through the mirror I was standing in.
Paige-"I think me and mads are going to get dresses for tonight" he nodded before taking another sip of his coffee and standing up.
Quinton-"sounds good. You'll be gone all day though"
Paige-"you don't know that"
Quinton-"every time you go shopping with mads your gone all day"
Paige-"hmmm... okay that could be true" I giggled turning around to face him.
Quinton-"it's true and you know it" he said slightly tapping my nose.
Paige-"mhm" I nodded before turning back to the mirror to put some mascara on.
Quinton-"okay I'm going to let you get ready for shopping" he said wrapping his arms around my waist to slightly tickle me.

I laughed as he finally stoped and left my room. I picked up the coffee taking a sip as I tied my hair back into a ponytail. I picked the coffee up again before leaving my room and going downstairs to find mads.

As I walked into the kitchen her and Jaden were planning things for tonight's party.

Mads-"p come here" she waved me over as I sat down on the seat.
Jaden-"this enough people" he showed me the list of people he had invited and I gulped. Their must have been hundreds of people on the list. I slowly nodded my head before looking up to mads.

Mads-"you'll be fine this house is that big that it will only feel like a hundred" 
I swear to god she better be right.
Paige-"okay are you ready"
Mads-"so ready" she grabbed my hand whilst kissing Jaden on the cheek.

We picked up our bags and I got my coffee and walked out to mads car. She connected it to her playlist and we listened to music the whole way there.

We decided on going to the mall closest to the sway house so we had more time to spend there. We had to be back home by 4:30 to get ready for tonight and it was 11:45 now. We each grabbed our purses and got out of the car.

We had been stoped as soon as we entered the mall by fans to take photos. I loved meeting the people who supported us and got us to where we are it's an amazing feeling. I smiled at the two girls and asked their names and how old they were.

Once we finished talking to the fans we got into the first store and started to look for some dresses. We looked in five stores before we decided on going to get some food.

Me and mads had eaten our McDonald's and were back searching for dresses. Quinton was right about spending all day looking for one. In the end we both went back to the first store and got the dresses we liked from there.

Mads got a short black dress and I got a light blue one similar to hers. We brought shoes that would go with our dresses and payed for them. As we were paying I ordered us an Uber so it would be ready after we got ourselves a Starbucks for the way home.

We arrived back at sway around 2:30 and straight away Jaden came over too mads.

Jaden-"what did ya buy" he said looking down at her bags before turning to me and looking at mine.
Mads-"our dresses"
Jaden-"ooooo okay people are going to start coming around 5"
Paige-"oh okay where's Quinton?"
Jaden-"in his room I think"
Paige-"thank you"

I ran towards his room and knocked on the door waiting for a response.
Paige-"Q!!!!"
I sighed before knocking one last time.
Paige-"ugh whatever" I walked down the hallway.
Anthony-"what's up kiddo"
Paige-"your not that much older than me"
Anthony-"no but I'm an adult" I giggled at him before asking him why Quinton wasn't answering me.
Anthony-"I don't know he was definitely in his room earlier... maybe he went upstairs without me seeing"
Paige-"oh okay" I sighed before going to leave his room
Anthony-"p wait"
I turned to face the floppy hair boy who was giving me a sympathetic smile.
Anthony-"just wanted you to know I'm always here to listen or talk to" I nodded at him before getting up and leaving.

I knocked one last time on my way past to the stairs with still no response. I grabbed my bags that I left on the floor by his room too and walked to my room. I put them down and began to do my hair make up for the party.
