Chapter 22

We had spent the rest of the day in his room either watching the high school musicals or sleeping. I used to always be so jealous of Gabriella and Troy's relationship and I thought it was so cute when Troy got Gabriella the neckless with the t on it. That part always stuck with me, it was sweet.

Anyways it was the next morning, not the first time I have woken up In Quinton bed. That sounds extremely wrong... me and Quinton were best friends so I have obviously had sleepovers and when mads shared a room with Jaden I came in here with Quinton. It was soothing though to wake up in his arms, that's never happens before.

I gently snuck out of his grasp and whilst doing so rolled over on to the floor. Shit! I heard Quinton groan before I sat up of his floor.

Quinton-"Paige?" I gave him and awkward smile as he smiled back at me closing his eyes again. Not much of a morning person. I was about to walk out of his room as he shouted me.
Quinton-"p don't go!"
Paige-"I'm going to get breakfast"
Quinton-"10 more minutes it's cold without you" I sighed but laughed at him as I slipped back in between his arms. He tightened his grip as if he didn't want to ever let go.

It had definitely been 10 minutes so I sat back up this time purposely waking q up.

Paige-"cmon I'm hungry and we haven't really spoke to the others since yesterday"
Quinton-"I'm hungry to" he mumbled as he rubbed his eyes "and they were being creepy were allowed to not see them for a bit" he smiled I knew he was only joking but he wasn't Wrong.

After a long discussion I finally got Quinton to go downstairs, However I'm wearing his sweatpants and hoodie now. Not really comparing cause they are hella comfy and he says I look cute in them, which made me blush. We were eating some toast as the rest of the house began to fill the room.

Bryce-"finally awake" he laughed
Griffin-"took them long enough"
Mads-"leave them alone" she said slightly tapping the two boys on the back of the head before walking to my side.
Mads-"soooo???"
Paige-"me and Quinton are together" I smiled proudly at the group as Quinton warped one arm around my waist laying his hand on my thigh.
Mads-"finally!"
Kio-"took you guys long enough"
Noah-"god how long did you have a crush on her now..."
Quinton-"shut up" he rolled his eyes squeezing my thigh slightly.
Blake-"well it's not exactly like Paige didn't have a crush either"
Paige-"huh"
Anthony-"even dating mason the look you would give Quinton... you could tell then you liked him"

I hadn't really thought about it like that. I felt terrible for mason cause what Anthony was saying was true I have liked Quinton for forever and I just didn't really realise or act upon it til recently. Jaden interrupted my thoughts.

Jaden-"hurt her and you have me to deal with"
Quinton-"Jesus thought we were bro's"
Jaden-"yeah but she's like my little sister, gotta protect her"

after discussing random shit, filming many tiktok and finishing our breakfast of I decide to go get into my bikini for the pool. It was relatively warm and I was bored out of my mind. The boys had mentioned going to the new hype house later that night but I wanted something to do now.

I picked out my favourite bikini and got changed into it before grabbing my phone and a speaker to play music through. I got a towel out of mads room and ran back down the stairs. I walked through the kitchen where everyone was still eating or talking.

Kio-"that's where you went"
Mads-"I will be out to you soon mousy"
Paige-"yay" I smiled as I went to open the back doors.
Quinton-"look at you" he said biting his lip hovering over me.
Paige-"you've seen me in a bikini before" I laughed as he turned me to face him.
Quinton-"yeah and every time I was very jealous you weren't mine"
I blush slightly
Paige-"well I am now" I stand up on to my tippy toes and peck his lips. I open the door and leave him staring at me.

I had my music playing and sunglasses on trying to tan as much as possible. I loved summer, the heat, being able to go out without it being cold. Perfect! It was a shame September was getting closer and school would be starting again. Most of the boys had dropped out or were doing online, they had convinced me and mads to do online school late last year and I finally agreed to start it this year.

I was making the most of the last bit of summer I had left as I bunch of screms and shouts came bombarding outside followed by a very annoyed mads.

Mads-"will you guys shut up I can't hear the song"
I sat up and faced them as mads came over to me laying down on the bed next to me.
Mads-"they have been like this since you went outside"
I didn't even realise I had been out here for 30 minutes.
Paige-"ha lucky you" she sarcastically smiled at me and lay down.

All at once the boys jumped into the pool causing a massive splash that managed to reach me and mads. She sat up the quickest I think I've ever seen her with a look that would of killed all the boys if looks could kill. I couldn't suppress my laughter and the boys joined in. After mads got over her initial anger she did to.

Mads-"god guys you are so annoying"
Jaden-"yeah but you love us"
Blake-"and wouldn't have us any other Way"
Paige-"maybe less loud"
Mads-"less disgusting"
Paige-"smelly"
Mads-"Annoying"
Paige-"oh and-"
Josh-"okay we get it you hate us"
Mads-"us" she asked pointing from me to her
Paige&mads-"Never"
We giggled as a few of them rolled their eyes the rest laughing to. Their right I wouldn't have them any other way.
