After the intro played, we are introduced to today's news cast.
"Good evening, Tooniverse! Felicity greeted, wearing a bright red dress. "I'm Felicity and this is my partner Miguel."
"And you are watching the Toon Cable News." Miguel, wearing a dark blue suit and red tie, added. "Tonight on TCN: How are Unikitty and her friends holding up after the end of their show? What do various characters feel about being transferred exclusively to HBO Max? Who will be our surprise guests tonight? But first, have we got a bizarre story for you tonight."
"Couldn't agree more, Miguel." Felicity replied. "Earlier, a cargo plane carrying the Mythlandia Philharmonic Orchestra had unexpectedly jettisoned most of its contents. Suspiciously enough, this young man happened to be nearby accompanied by two other individuals walking the grounds of the airport just before take off."
"If you could just zoom in on the picture." Miguel said to a crew member as they turned to the screen behind them.
They zoomed in on the picture and found it was none other than Milo Murphy, Melissa Chase and Zack Underwood.
"That's Milo Murphy, isn't it?" Miguel deadpanned.
"More importantly, what's he doing her in Mythlandia?" Felicity interjected.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, a xylophone crashed through the roof and onto the cat's head, knocking her down. Before the dog could say anything, a piano crushed him. A few seconds later, the two pulled themselves out of the wreckage, dazed and bruised. They groaned in pain before were able to pull themselves together.
"In other news, the F-6 gorenado that ravaged the Boiling Isles may have passed, but its aftermath remains." Felicity groaned, barely holding up her paper.
"To find out more, we go over to Athena who's on the scene." Miguel choked out.
We then cut to Athena who was currently in the Boiling Isles.
"Thanks, guys." Athena said. "As you can see around here, the damages have been extensive. Sorry, we had to blur out most of this because we don't wanna face a freaking lawsuit. Needless to say, it's not pretty, but from what I'v heard people are making a slow, but steady recovery."
She then walked up to the previous episode's new cast and put her mic up to them.
"So, guys. Care to give a few words?"
"That was easily one of the most terrifying storms I've ever seen in my life." Luz shivered.
"But you gotta admit it was a rush!" Gus chimed in. "And I'm only partially traumatized!"
"That was by far one of the worst things to ever happen." Willow said.
"Thank you for the commentary." Athena said. "Back to you, guys."
We cut back to our main anchors.
"Thanks, Athena." Felicity said, holding an ice pack to her head. "Onto our next story: We've all heard that quite a few shows have transferred exclusively to HBO Max. But, what do the characters think of all this?"
"Here we have with us tonight are 'Summer Camp Island' stars Oscar Peltzer and his friend Hedgehog." Miguel reported as they turned to a screen in another part of the room and it came one to show Oscar and Hedgehog.
"Good to have you with us tonight!" The rainbow cat greeted.
"Good to be here." Oscar replied before his eyes went wide with realization. "Oh God, are we live?"
"Don't worry, bud. We'll be just fine." Hedgehog assured in a comforting tone with a hand on his shoulder.
"So tell us. What do you think of all this?" The Anubis Chihuahua asked.
