Si was running late. After all, a successful artist is always fashionably late, or so he told himself. When he finally made his way to the cabin there were 5 solemn boys awaiting the arrival of their 'camp dedicated therapist'. This was his second year here, they had no idea what they had gotten themselves into. He's not going to tell them, he doesn't really care. He looked around to see a small blonde that seemed seconds away from vomiting, a tall brunette with a daring gleam in his eyes, a very small ginger with a curious gaze and a very large over-dressed boy with an irritated sneer. Finally, to his right, was a boy, he was good-looking but nothing special. He had mousey brown hair, and dull greens eyes. When they made brief eye contact, Si realised that he might be just as dead inside as he was. The boy blinked lazily then looked away.
"Ah, well would you look at that? Ey? You all showed up, well that's a good start." An older man said as he stalked into the room, taking the last seat in the circle.
"Well, I'm Doctor Fields. How about we introduce ourselves and open up to why we're all here?" He sighed, rubbing his grey beard, scratching at the follicles.
He pointed to the boy next to Si, with the wave of his hand. The boy grumble under his breath for a moment but straightened up in the end anyway.
"I'm Jay." He stated bluntly.
"And why are you here Jay?"
"Because it was court ordered?" He offered with a cheeky smile, that didn't quite reach his eyes.
On the other side of the room Eli's breath hitched, court ordered? He didn't know they accepted criminals, this place was very expensive after all. The doctor gave Jay a pointed look, Jay dropped his smile and decided to play along. No matter how much he wanted to, he couldn't fuck up again. This was his last chance after all. Si was intrigued, he'd recognised that dull look in his own eyes from time to time.
"Because I'm a pyromaniac."
"Thank you for sharing Jay." The doctor smiled, turning his gaze to Si.
Si sighed loudly, a rather bored expression played across his face. Jay turned and really noticed him for the first time, they were about the same height but Si was very skinny and his clothes were very tight. He grumbled something that Jay was sure was Portuguese, Jay couldn't be sure, maybe he's Brazilian? Or you know, Portuguese. He had slick back raven hair with dark haunting eyes. He crossed his long legs, not meaning to be seductive but Jay couldn't help but think how sexy it was anyway.
"I'm Si, I have suicidal depression and a mild case of anorexia" He stated robotically almost as if he had done it a thousand times before. It felt like he had anyway.
"I'm Jordan, I have OCD."
"Rory, kleptomaniac, sorry in advance." He shrugged sheepishly.
The therapist motioned to Caleb but he turned away, not believing a word he was about to say.
"Caleb. I have very little impulse control, and I don't feel fear 'correctly'." He mumbled sarcastically, using his pointer and middle fingers to express he's nonchalance about the subject.
Eli was stunned, so stunned he forgot it was his turn. He doesn't feel fear? That must be amazing he thought. All Eli ever thought about was fear, he'd give a limb for a day of peace. He realised he'd been staring when Caleb coughed dramatically, hardly concealing the humour in his eyes. Eli turned to see everyone's expectant eyes. He couldn't help the blush that covered his entire face as he began to speak.
"I-I'm Eli, I have severe anxiety." He muttered.
"For those of you that didn't hear, his name is Eli and he has severe anxiety."
